Located on the water at the beautiful Wellington East Marina, Casa Del Lago is a modern holiday home that sleeps 8. The house is fully self contained for your privacy. It is conveniently located a short drive from The Bend Motorsport Park & Tailem Bend.
Imagine being able to relax and enjoy this gorgeous location with your family & friends; soaking in the fantastic views of the Marina lake down to the River Murray.
It has quick access to the South Eastern Freeway & Princes Highway, and has all the modern conveniences for you to relax and enjoy after a day on the River, touring the area, or racing at The Bend Motorsport Park.
This fully furnished home has a large open plan area, consisting of a formal lounge, family room, kitchen & dining area all overlooking the water. It has reverse cycle ducted air conditioning throughout for year round comfort, and all linen & towels are provided.
There are 4 Bedrooms;
Bedroom 1 has 1x Queen size bed, with water views & en suite
Bedroom 2 has 1x Queen size bed
Bedroom 3 has 1x Queen size bed
Bedroom 4 has 2x single beds
There is a main bathroom, a laundry with front load washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with a Smeg 900mm Gas/Electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, & microwave.
The outdoor entertaining area is fully enclosed and undercover, and has an 8 person outdoor setting. The glass panel fencing provides unobstructed views across the water, whilst acting as a wind block when sitting outside. There is a bbq available for guest use. A cleaning fee will be charged if this is not cleaned suitably, after use.
The lake has a 4 knot speed limit, so bring the kayaks and enjoy some time on the water in tranquil weather. A modern jetty is attached to the property.
Please note the property is not fully enclosed, so unsuitable for children under 8-10 years of age, because of water access.
