L'une des plus belles maisons et meilleures valeurs à Wintergreen!

Location de cette 4 chambres, 4 salles de bain maison Le SERVICE GRATUIT DE NAVETTE arrête à seulement quelques pas de la maison, offrant un moyen sans tracas pour atteindre toute destination dans la station.
À deux pas de notre porte d'entrée, vous trouverez des activités pour toute la famille. Trillium Nature Center est pratiquement à côté, offrant promenades dans la nature et d'autres programmes pour adultes et enfants, ainsi que les directions de miles de sentiers de randonnée dans et autour de Wintergreen. Pour les enfants, il y a des activités au Treehouse et à l'Out of Bounds Adventure Center (escalade, mini-golf, planche à roulettes, saut à l'élastique, escalade, mini-golf et beaucoup plus.)

Le premier étage de la maison dispose d'un salon avec cheminée à bois gaz, cuisine entièrement équipée, salle à manger séparée, salle d'eau et buanderie.

Au deuxième étage est une grande chambre des maîtres avec lit queen, salle de bain complète avec double vasque, et un placard de plain-pied. Aussi à ce niveau est une deuxième et une troisième chambre. Le troisième étage a une suite de maître supplémentaire. La maison est équipée de haut-débit, l'accès à Internet sans fil. Le garage pour deux voitures avec un local de skis adjacent est un gros bonus, surtout en hiver.

Great place

This is a great property which is clearly used and loved by the owners. Much better than investment properties that are less well cared for. Planning to stay again next year.

Great for a trip with friends

The property was great for a ski trip for 3 adult couples. The ‘pit’ area and fireplace were great at night for games and the dining table seats 6 which was perfect for meals. Well stocked supplies; everything we needed. Would stay again!

Great weekend!

This property was perfect for our weekend at Wintergreen. The location is awesome! Close to the aquatics center and close to the slopes. Loved being able to take the shuttle, but also close enough to drive if you wanted. The house was equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of sleeping space for our entire group!

Comfortable place for ski weekend with friends

We enjoyed our winter ski weekend with friends (4 adults & 3 teenagers) at this property. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked, and communications were all clear and straightforward. We would stay here again.

Long week-end for fall foliage

We had a great time for our fall get away! Property was what we expected. Clean, spacious, decent location - a little farther out from the Aquatics & Fitness Center than what we thought by looking at the map, but not a big deal. Besides the WiFi, we haven't used other entertainment amenities. We had one issue with WiFi that was addressed promptly once we've notified the owner. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful welcoming retreat

We really enjoyed this property. We spent the long summer weekend with the family here. Wonderful welcoming hosts (very responsive, house nicely decorated with lots of little touches to make you feel at home). Clean rooms with enough space for everyone to spread out (me, hubs and 3 boys). Perfect spot (the pit) for family game night. Wonderful hikes, trip to the lake, homeowners pool and adventure center. Everyone was sad to leave. I look forward to coming back to this spot.

Days with joy!

We spent a great time at this property. Our friend was recovering after the pulmonary embolism because the Covid-19 and this house was the best choice because the cleanness and the location. We may be back soon.

The owners were very gracious to provide necessities such as paper products, coffee, extra towels, sheets, blankets and even toothpaste. The beds were very comfortable and the house was clean and well-kept. The house was just as advertised.

Awkward with family photos. Would have been amazing to use in Hot Tub Time Machine back in the 80’s. Wifi was not always working, overall good times!

Awesome condo

We loved the spaciousness of the condo. With 9 ladies staying for a week it was great to have 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths. We loved the sunken living room, it was a great place to gather with ample room for all. We would come again.

Nice place!

The property manager was great with answering questions and the place was pretty nice! It was a good price for the size and was mostly clean, my only complaint would be that the shuttle that was listed on the page wasn’t running, which sucked because that was one of the reasons we picked the place— obviously not their fault it wasn’t running, maybe it only runs on weekends? Not sure but either way I would highly recommend staying here!

Terrific condo and great overall experience!

We stayed at the property for a short family ski vacation. The property was very clean and in a great location. Very well-supplied for visitors. The owner was extremely responsive, and the check-in/check-out process could not have been easier. Used the wifi without any problems. Loved the layout of the condo-- would definitely plan to stay here again!

Great value and location!

My kids and I enjoyed this 4 bedroom townhome atop of the mountain. Cozy home with a dining room , living room , and sunken den next to a easy to start gas fireplace. There were challenges with the Internet on the first night however great communication with the homeowner and it was resolved next day by the cable company. There was a shuttle available a very short walk from the house and it’s a quick drive down to the parking area next to the lodge. Access to the gym , spa, and pool right down the hill was an option that I checked out but we skied and stayed at the house all 3 days. Check out was as easy as packing up and leaving ... no need to worry about trash , sheets, settings ... housecleaning took care of everything. I highly recommend this property.

The property was clean and well stocked. We very much enjoyed the spaciousness of having 4 bedrooms. The extra supplies were readily available such as paper products and cleaning supplies. The owner answers all questions very promptly. We will definitely be back!

Birthday Get away!

Few of our family meet the first of December to celebrate a birthday and 2 anniversaries! This rental was perfect for our family and our celebrations! Plenty of room and amenities !

Weekend getaway

Home was kept clean and there were tons of little extras. Great location to Nelson 151. Family room was great for Family Fun. Kitchen included all the basics but may need a few extras for an extended stay. Overall a great rental and we would totally book again!

A wonderful location for some decompressing in the Blue Ridge

This is ideal space that comes as billed. Cable and internet dicey but I am better without both! Beds very comfortable!
