Sunstone 109 Remodeled Condo Great Complex Amenities with Ski-In Ski-Out by RedAwning

This ski-in, ski-out, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom fully renovated condo is located

on the frontside of the Sunstone building at Eagle Lodge. The views from the

condo balcony are absolutely amazing, especially after a Winter snow storm,

and natural light floods into the living space making it light and bright. The

condo is fully equipped with an upgraded full kitchen, stainless steel

appliances including fridge, stove/oven, and dishwasher, dining area with

seating for 4, large flat screen TV, and sleeper sofa that can accommodate

extra overnight guests. The condo has also been upgraded with premium flooring

throughout and beautiful modern countertops. The master bedroom features a

King that can also be split into two Twin beds (with advanced request),

flatscreen TV and an en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom features a

King bed also with flatscreen TV. Please note the fireplace is currently out

of order. Sunstone Lodge at Juniper Springs Resort features heated underground

garage parking, a year-round heated outdoor pool and Jacuzzi, plus a fitness

room. Guest lockers are located on the first floor to store your gear – walk

out and ski down to Eagle Express at Mammoth Mountain! All guests receive

complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities

including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga,

pilates and cycle studio and more. This condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and

comes with underground, heated garage parking for one vehicle (garage

clearance is 8' 2"). Guests will be provided one parking pass. If more parking

is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for

alternative options. Free Internet access is also provided for your

convenience. There are no steps to this unit, 1 level inside, and no smoking

or pets are permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. This unit comes

with building wide wireless internet, we cannot guarantee speed or

Beautiful And Convienant Location

We had a great time in Mammoth. While the condos are fairly small, the location and views cannot be beat. This condo is upgraded and beautiful. The TV’s are difficult to figure out but eventually got it. We had a blast in Mammoth and enjoyed our stay. Would come back.

Deceptive but decent

A decent accommodation. We were expecting a cabin but turned out to be a condo. Also no air conditioning which made it a bit uncomfortable during a heatwave. Bring your own soap and shampoo. Otherwise generally nice and clean with a great view.

Mammoth Summer Getaway

The condo was uncomfortably hot. We left the windows open all day and it was still so stuffy at night. We did not get good sleep here at all. The whole building was quite warm. Also, the parking garage directions were top vague. It didn't mentioned we had to use our room card to get in. More details on how to get into the garage would have saved us time.It was extremely clean overall and the location was great.

Beautiful And Convienant Location

We had a great time in Mammoth. While the condos are fairly small, the location and views cannot be beat. This condo is upgraded and beautiful. The TV's are difficult to figure out but eventually got it. We had a blast in Mammoth and enjoyed our stay. Would come back.

Nice place with morning sun and mediocre wifi

We visited in summer, and there is no Air Conditioning. We carried a portable fan with us as there are no ceiling fans either. Later, we found a small fan inside one of the closets. The property does get hot in the summer. Without strategically placed fans, it does not cool down even with all windows open. I loved how clean the unit was. Traveling during Covid, I was super paranoid about cleaning, and it totally met my expectations. I wish I could give 6 stars for cleaning. The kitchen is minimally equipped. There is enough for light cooking or reheating. There isn't much storage space if you plan to have an extended stay. The windows all face east, so it works well if you are an early riser, as we were. The wifi is from the Sunset Lodge property, and is quite mediocre. It might be worthwhile for the owner to consider faster wifi of their own. The bathtub is very nice and deep, and it would be good if the property can provide some soaking salts with no fragrance, which would be awesome after a long day of hiking. Overall, we loved our stay here, and would definitely recommend to other as well.

Great condo and great location

The condo was setup very nicely for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were clean and nicely setup. The kitchen had nice appliances and all the cooking tools you need. The couch and chairs were comfortable, and there was plenty of room. There is a beautiful view of a sunrise over the mountains. The TV was nice, although the guest WiFi is pretty slow, so there were challenges connecting the TV to our Amazon or Netflix accounts. I ended up using an iPad to stream content to the TV. They also have cable, so that was our choice. You simply cannot beat the location if you're skiing/snowboarding. The heated underground parking makes life easy, and the ski lockers are great. In the morning, you grab your skis from the locker, walk out the back door, and ski down to the lift. It's really that easy. In the afternoon, you ski to the back door, drop your skis in the locker, and then head to the pool and hot tub. This is our second time in this building, and we will stay here again.

Bye bye cabin fever

Love Sunstone! But when accommodations don't include use of the pool spa or fitness room, there should be some type of discount. The snack machine did not work in the lobby. It would take your money but give you nothing. I lost five dollars. The coffee maker in unit #109 leaks water. Overall though like I said, I love Sunstone.❤️

Check in check out all great. Room great all the necessary supplies and enhancements. As with all Sunstone rentals, the internet, well lags but that is the only complaint here

Convenience

Best ski on ski off place in mammoth I'm guessing. This place is about convience. The apartment was cute. My only complaint was counter space in the bathrooms and kitchen and they forgot to replace the dishwasher soap and sponge but aside from that, perfect for skiers!

Fantastic stay!!

This was probably one of the best appointed properties we have stayed in close to 20 years of using BRVO. Super easy check in, everything was provided for cooking, eating, all bathroom amenities. We had a really good time. The view from the balcony was really good. Note: Due to the location and orientation the unit can get hot, but you can manage that as it is very well ventilated.

great location

we loved this condo to relax and look at the mountains. It had all the amenities that we needed... the only downside is the air flow is poor... thankfully they had fans for us, but air conditioning or ceiling fans in the unit would be ideal.

Great trip. Insane convenience!

The room was clean and very well sized for a family of 5. The convenience and proximity to the mountain (Eagle Lodge and Eagle Express chairlift) was unreal. The convenience alone makes this place our return spot for years to come. Beds were so-so and the bedding could certainly be improved. The kitchen was adequate and allowed us to cook dinner every night. Underground parking was a huge bonus considering there was a major snow storm.

Our Stay in Beautiful Mammoth Condo

When we walked in the condo we were very impressed by the cute layout, the furniture and cleanliness! We really enjoyed sitting on the patio enjoying the magnificent view of the spotted snowed mountains. The condo was nicely equipped with kitchenware. We do hope the owners willl provide a new toaster because, although it works, the knob is broken so the temperature cannot be controlled. The only other complaint we have is that the beds were very hard.

Everything You Need and More!

Sunstone condos are small but efficient units with nice bonus touches, like convenient ski lockers, a heated pool and hot tub, and they include towels and robes for your comfort. The kitchens typically have everything you need to cook most meals. When chair 15 is running and there's snow on the ground, it's a great place to end your day.

Amazing Ski In/Ski Out Experience

Sunstone is a fabulous location to access Eagle Lodge. The unit is on the same floor as the guest ski lockers so you grab your skis and a few feet later you are on the slopes. The unit was clean and well equipped. We hosted a dinner for 8 and the kitchen was great.

very unhappy with check in process

Our property is te only one in the building open door with phsical key but when we grabbed our check in envelope, there is no key int there. After we figured out that andyour employee sent us the key. It's 1 o'clock at midnight. We waiting for an hour for that. I stayed with mammoth sierra several times. Really disappointed. Why don't you guys upgrade the door lock with code lock or card key entry.

Great Room

Elevators and luggage carts great for loading/unloading! Easy to receive keys at office. TV tilts out for better viewing. Room can get hot because no A/C and on third floor.
