Centrally located mid century updated home 2min to transit and walking distance to everything. High walk score. Parking ideal for 1 space but can fit 2 (tight).
Sun filled family home, furnished to a higher standard with all cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and more. There are hardwood floors throughout, french door accents, a patio and large garden with ample grass that’s perfect for watching the sunset or having your coffee. Equally great is the covered porch at the front of the home where you can also sit and enjoy some shade.
Smart TV brand new, fast wifi, comfy couch, large dining room table doubles as a great workspace, new dishwasher, gas stove, eat in kitchen, outdoor patio with seating for six.
