Relaxing and comfortable

This property was clean, affordable and adorable! The entire process was so easy to book. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The location was centrally located for exploring Northern Idaho. Definitely would recommend this property!!

Everything was great except for the internet wasn’t working well. We needed it to be able to work at our jobs on our laptops and it went in and out. Therefore we had to go somewhere else to work which was inconvenient.

Great care was taken in making this property user friendly for guests. Furnishings like towels were new and nice as was bedding. Spices in the cupboard, plenty of utensils and kitchenware such as Tupperware containers not always found in short term rentals. This home looks out at a bar/restaurant which was never noisy or a problem in any way. But if privacy is a concern, just keep that in mind. We had a challenge with figuring out the TV upon arrival, but the owner arrived in person the next morning and helped us with the easy fix right away. Wifi is slow, but that is the case for that area and cell is spotty. But that is no fault of the owners, just the available services in the area. We enjoyed our stay, and a good value.

Very disappointed

We reserved for three nights and only stayed one. The property outside was very unkept and the porch was falling apart. The back of the trailer was backed up to a bar. The inside was clean for the most part but the couch was filthy. There wasn’t anything comfortable to set to relax. The property manager evolve didn’t send us any information or code to the place until I sat on hold with vrbo for two hours and then they finally got through and they sent me an email. Don’t think I would ever use this company again.

The deck has some peeling paint but is still structurally sound. -There is a restaurant next to the property, not a bar. -You didn't reach out to us until the last day of your stay. We encourage guests to reach out to us with any questions or cleanliness concerns, so we can address them right away. We appreciate guest feedback and apologize for any inconvenience.

Great location!

There’s not much around this rental, but it worked great for us, being central to everything we wanted to do. The internet wasn’t great, most likely due to location, but my kids had a blast playing poker with the provided chips and cards! There was plenty of space for all 6 of us to sleep and beds were comfortable. For an older home it was renovated nicely and was clean. Check in and out was super easy and we had lots of privacy. Thanks!

We had a really nice stay!

The place was very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. You will find it has friendly neighbors, a very reponsive owner, and is centrally located for recreation along the eastern I-90 corridor.

Comfortable place

Little rough on the outside but the inside was nice and new. Parking was good we had a 18’ fishing boat and fit fine. There was a rig parked in the drive when we got there. Thinking it was a patron of the establishment next door. We still fit fine. They did a great job setting it up for kids!!
