This newly-renovated, light, private guest suite is in a quiet area, in walking distance of pool, cafes, Bowral town centre and train station. If the Cherry Tree Walk and bush walks up Mount Gibraltar are appealing, this is for you.

You will have separate access into a comfortable lounge room. There is a gas fireplace. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, microwave, coffee and tea facilities. You have a private courtyard off the bedroom, which has a fan and air conditioner.

THE SPACE

This fully self-contained guest suite is attached to our family home and has a private entrance.

There is a sofa bed in the lounge room which may be suitable for one guest. Please contact your host in advance if you are considering this option.

This property is pet friendly. Only one small to medium sized house trained dog is allowed. For any variations please contact your host prior to booking. Please provide some information about your pet for us. It is expected that you will supervise your furry friend at all times and not leave them alone in the suite. I can advise you of a pet sitter that previous guests have used.

The property was lovely, just perfect for a short stay. It was accommodating to my little dog. It had dog treats, a dog bed, a bowl etc. it was warm and comfortable for us also with lots of blankets, an electric blanket, fire place and air conditioner. The styling was modern and tasteful. Downstairs apartment style accommodation under host's house. Nicely appointed, lovely furnishings and friendly, welcoming host. Even had an electric blanket for those chilly nights. The most helpful host who ensured we had all we needed to check in safely. Very well equipped kitchen and our bedding for the night was comfortable and the apartment warm and cosy.The space was very good for our two big dogs.

We really enjoyed our stay and are already planning to return. The property is located in a quiet tree lined street close to Bowral town centre and handy for Cherry Tree Walk. When we arrived, there were ample tea and coffee supplies and some treats waiting for both us and our dog. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, with air conditioning and a gas heater for colder nights. There is a clean and modern bathroom with good water pressure in the shower.
