First of all I premise that There are some people who are simply unhappy for their own reasons,so they lash out at everybody around them.Just arrived pose issues for parking and street,consider that our parking is at 7/8 meters from the house and can accommodate up to 4 cars,the road is accessible even to trucks.We kindly given availability of a second parking,always near the house.Few days after,a malfunction of the dishwasher.Technician arrived promptly, told us that the anomaly consisted in the remains of various food that has clogged the filter,so he repaired and cleaned,so we warned always kindly, to pay attention.In that period there were a few days of heavy rain(very rare in Tuscany in August)probably this has created discontent in those guests, perhaps with wetness they mean that.Everyone has been in Tuscany in August knows that in that period there is not humidity!The patio roof, it can really be possible to get a few drops of water but in case of strong wind and very copious rains.The barbecue is very appreciated by customers, because it is located near the pool, at 10/12 mt from the house but maybe they prefer even closer. Air-conditioned, they called us because (according to them) it worked partially, technician who gave technical explanations for which button mashing etc, after this Was ok for them.I specify that those conditioners were replaced because too bulky.The mosaic of the pool due to the use during the years,in which children playing,detached these small tiles of cm.2x2.In September 2014,in fact we completely renew the entire pool with PVC.The missing tiles were really 12! At the end of stay, after the ritual greetings of good trip,with smiles and greetings when we did the cleaning for the next guests arriving,we found many bags overflowing with bottles of beer and super alcoholic,waste of any kind(at arrival we always explain how works the separate collection of waste that is collected every day)and the dishwasher was again filled with pieces of food.The pool pump must be running (has a timer, so a few hours during the day and a few hours at night) is important to keep always cleaned and clear, the average for electricity consumption is about 30/35 euro per week but obviously it depends on how much is used conditioners,oven,dishwasher,washing machine and lights that should not be left on all the night outside, around the garden and pool area.I wish these people to her happy holidays with such warmth and sun everywhere in the world.

Three fantastic couples!! so nice spend time with them and prepare my Tuscan meal to people that really enjoy it! so friendly and hoping to have occasion to spend other time together!
