It's a beautiful place. Just 20 minutes from Fredericksburg but it feels so remote and quiet. Half a mile from the nearest neighbour. And surrounded by wildlife. The firepit, bbq and hot tub and confortable seating are perfectly organized together.

Adam, that quiet half-mile buffer around the house is one of our favorite things about it too, and you described it perfectly. The Hill Country wildlife has a way of making you feel like you stumbled onto something untouched, even with Fredericksburg just down the road. The firepit and hot tub setup really does come into its own at night out there, with nothing but stars and the occasional deer passing through. Come back in wildflower season and that landscape shifts into something else entirely!

Perfect for a group getaway

This property is gorgeous and has everything you need. It’s far enough outside of town to get away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to enjoy all that Fredericksburg has to offer, if interested. This was perfect for my 6 person friend group, and we’ll definitely be looking to stay here again in the near future.

Fun get together

Such a great place to unwind and hang out. The fire pit was fantastic in the January weather! The home feels secluded and comfortable. Perfect for a “get ways from it all!’

Exactly as described

We were looking for a place outside of Fredericksburg for our family Christmas vacation with our adult children and a few of their friends. The house is close to town but feels like its way out in the country side. We found the house and amenities exactly as described.

Lovely secluded cottage

This was the perfect place for a girls’ getaway! Close to Fredericksburg and Comfort but far enough in the country for privacy and a gorgeous view of the stars at night. Hot tub was great, beds comfortable, and lived up to our expectations. The only suggestions I would offer is to stock a few more wine glasses, bigger coffee cups, and some hot pads. We will definitely reserve this lovely cottage again in the future!

Easy check in, no thermostat to regulate first floor temperature, the hot tub was dirty and water was not hot, was not able to use it. Contacted property manage my said they would go clean it but didn’t do so.

This would have been a nice place to stay, except the house is infested with scorpions! We had three inside the house within 24 hours. No surprise either as there's a huge gap under the front door that anything could get into the house through. Other kinds of live and dead bugs all over the floor too. Cozi, however, did the right thing and ended up finding us a different, safe place to stay nearby for our second night.

A Memorable Stay in Texas Hill Country

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Luxury Home Hill Country Views, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the warmth and charm of the place were palpable. Location: Situated off the beaten path the rental was tucked away enough to offer peace and tranquility, while being close enough to some amazing local wineries and attractions. The views from the balcony were breathtaking, especially at sunset. Amenities: The home was equipped with everything you could need and more. The kitchen had all necessary utensils making it easy to whip up meals. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens felt luxurious. Cleanliness: Spotless doesn't even begin to describe it. The attention to detail was evident, with every corner of the house gleaming. Host: Cozi Rentals were the epitome of hospitality. They were responsive, provided great local tips, and made the check-in/check-out process seamless. Overall Experience: This place isn't just a rental; it's an experience. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this vacation home serves as the perfect base. I've already recommended it to friends and family, and I'll definitely be returning. Amazing house, poor management

Very nice and cozy house in Hill Country. Could have been perfect stay however is started pretty bad. When we arrived we could not access the house due to inaccurate instructions from Cozi Vacation Rentals. Door did not open since the bottom luck was locked in addition to code box. While we were trying to access the house, a red wasp attacked my husband and he got a really bad sting. We then discovered a nest of wasps just above the entry. We left the property and asked Cozi office to take care of this issue and also provide access. Only at 10:30pm we got access to the house after a very kind maintenance guy arrived. He also helped us operate the TV and outdoor Jacuzzi. We lost half a day in calls to be able to access the property not to mention the Trauma the kids had from the wasps that were circling the entry. The next days we had to depart from side doors and run to the car to avoid the wasps. Not a good experience at all, my kids will now always have fear from anything that flies. Property was not ready for us at all. There were no instructions inside the house of how to operate TV or Jacuzzi, no one visited the property before to make sure there are no issues - such as a wasp nest. Management office kept promising us that the manager will call to answer our complaints but no one followed up after the stay. I feel sorry for the property owner. House is really beautiful but defiantly need to change property management.
