We had a great stay while attending a week-long event at the nearby resort. Communication was excellent, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well-stocked for cooking (pots, pans, etc.). This property perfectly met our needs!

This property was very close to the main Mountain Creek resort. We were able to access the main lift by a short car ride. We loves the fall views and activities in the area. The host was very quick to respond when we had questions. Rooms were clean and check in instructions were clear and accurate.

Short bike trip

This condo was perfect for our short trip to the bike park. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The host was exceptional with any questions we had.

Excellent Rental

The house was exactly as advertised and sparkling clean. There was a nice assortment of dishes and cookware, as well as board games which was a nice surprise. The host was incredibly communicative leading up to our visit so we had a very smooth check-in and stay. If you are hesitant to book because of the gated community aspect, the host made it incredibly easy and we had no problems at check in or afterwards. Overall, this is an excellent rental and our group highly recommends it to others.

Lovely condo. Great location. Ski in and out.

The condo seems to be owned by real people but externally managed. Its warm, lovely and well stocked. Literally steps away from the slopes. Weirdly, I couldn’t get the owner or the manager to respond to any of my emails, (no major issues) which did not spoil our experience. Would love to rent again.

Had several issues with checkin - getting parking pass, room hadn’t been fully cleaned, entry code was buried in one particular email. Lisa was responsive via direct text and worked to rectify the issues. Otherwise, condo met our needs. Beds were pretty comfy and living room couch was great for movie watching.

Spotless-Well Appointed Condo with Gorgeous Fall views

The host was very responsive to questions, before and during our stay. Checkin was easy and smooth. Loved the security of a gated community. Property was well-appointed and spotless.Kitchen was well-equipped. Towels andLinens were new and clean. This is a corner unit. It was so peaceful and quiet. The deck afforded gorgeous views. The slopes are steps Away from the condo.We had lunch at the restaurant inside the Minerals Spa Hotel which is part of the property. Great views in their fireside dining room and delicious food and drink. We visited multiple area highlights including The Farm at Glenwood Mountain and Warwick Winery and Distillery. This was just a perfect Fall getaway. We definitely would stay here again.We booked through Marriott Homes and Villas, but the listing is available through Evolve and other platforms. Hi John, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced these issues. The homeowner would like to share the following: We have never experienced problems with bad odors and our cleaning team did not report anything unusual during their cleaning before your stay. This unit is located in a condo so it is possible that neighboring smells may have affected the air. We did everything we could to make things right when you reached out and regret that you were unable to enjoy your stay. We haven't had any complaints since and look forward to hosting many satisfied guests!
