Cet appartement T2 est situé à 2 minutes à pieds de la place de la mairie et de la place des cardeurs connue pour son ambiance chaleureuse et ses restaurants. Ce bien dispose d'une belle cuisine américaine avec un ilot central, toute équipée et refaite à neuf. L'espace nuit se compose d'une chambre (lit 160cm) avec verrière, donnant sur un séjour très lumineux. Un canapé convertible dans le salon est mis à disposition ainsi que la TV et Internet. La salle d'eau comporte une douche à l'Italienne.
