Welcome to 30 on Waratah!
During your stay you will enjoy the uninterrupted panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean from the back deck – perfect spot for afternoon drinks or a meal with family and friends.
The large open plan living area with glass doors leading on to the front balcony which offers distant views of the ranges or ocean views to the north.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, cooktop & oven, microwave, fridge / freezer and coffee maker.
The four bedrooms comfortably sleep up to 8 people with an extra sofa bed in the downstairs tv room. There are two rooms and bathroom upstairs and three rooms & bathroom downstairs. Plenty of room for two families to enjoy their holidays together.
The fully fenced rear yard is perfect for the kids to play safely.
2 King, 2 queen & double sofa bed – Sleeps 10
All linen and towels provided.
The convenient location of the property is within an easy walk to beaches, cafes, bowling club and supermarket.

Great stay. Can't beat the location, and the views (particularly from the dining room). Kitchen was missing a couple of basics - no potato masher or lge serving spoon (only a ladle). Downstairs shower water pressure made it unable to be used (water comes out in a large trickle only) so everyone had to shower upstairs. Wasn't a big issue for us, but it would be for more people or 2 separate families staying. Only the upstairs bedrooms have ceiling fans, but the 2 downstairs bedrooms had pedestal fans provided which was appreciated. These issues are provided as feedback only. We had a great stay and the views and location of this house can't be beaten. Very short walk to Little Beach, and a short walk to the shops (Foodworks etc). This house is highly recommended. The photos added are to assist as they are of areas/rooms not already included in the listing.

Didn’t use AC. Great airflow. Mostly very clean throughout. Outside furniture soiled by birds, but difficult to control. lots of birds around . Large, roomy , reedy home with great views & ticked all the boxes !

Family Reunion

It was lovely and clean on arrival. Easy access. Everything that you needed was there. Ciffee , tea and scotch finger biscuits, nice little touch. The beds were very comfortable. We didn't use the laundry but the facilities were good. The driveway is on the crest of a hill, so you need to be careful. The air conditioner worked well, and you were able to lock the gauze doors and allow the air to flow around the 2 x storey house. There are plenty of indoor and outdoor seats. There was a kids room which we didnt use but it would be ideal for youngchildren. Very comfortable stay. Thankyou :)

Large well equipped house with fabulous 180 deg views, great outdoor & indoor eating / entertainment areas. 2 min walk to lovely beach & 5 min walk to main Scott’s Head beach & shopping : cafe village.

Family wedding weekend in an idyllic location.

The house was very spacious and well appointed with everything you could possibly need. The views were breath taking, particularly when no more that 15 mins after we arrived, we saw a whale breaching as we were standing on the balcony admiring the beautiful ocean. The weather certainly turned on a treat for us too. My only negative was that the house was not cleaned very well. I strongly urge the owners to look at changing their cleaners. The floors, bathrooms, toilets were dirty, the windowsills dusty and dirty and there was scrunched up Christmas paper and Lilly wrappers under the bed. I cleaned the kitchen myself before we used it. With a bit of an upgrade renovation in the bathrooms and the downstairs area, it would be a dream staycation.. We had a lovely family weekend though and the location was pristine!!

Easter Family Bliss

Our Easter family getaway was nothing short of magical and this place was perfect for it all to happen. The panoramic views, refreshing breeze, and spacious backyard were just the beginning. Despite the stairs, the abundance of space ensured everyone had their own corner to relax. The nearby beaches and scenic walks added to the charm, although the hills were a small price to pay. We didn't mind as it was great to get the kids to unplug and move and for us adults after indulging in many Easter Eggs. Highly recommend this place for families seeking a rejuvenating escape with unbeatable value for money.

Neighbours are terrible

Neighbours were very intimidating. Always looking down on us from there balcony the whole stay and complained to management over the slightest noise and inconvenience to them without confronting us first. Management said we would be kicked out straight away if another complaint was made. Completely ruined our whole weekend. Location and view is amazing but would never stay again do to neighbours and management.

Great location and view. Watched the whales every morning ing from the balcony. Well set out home with plenty of beds. Great yard for kids. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful location

Loved the space, beautiful views out in all directions. Comfortable beds, well resourced large kitchen, lots of room for the 8 of us to have own space when we wanted or to all to come together in the lounge and dining rooms. A short walk to the local shops and beaches - a big hill back up! This was the perfect house to bring our family together and relax.
