Gated communauté, magnifiquement entretenu terrain de golf beaucoup à la maison, sur le privé / public Ironwood Country Club, à Sun Lakes, Arizona. Le Ironwood Country Club pro shop, piscine et bain à remous sont à une courte distance à pied. La maison a une terrasse orientée ouest qui crée des couchers de soleil spectaculaires, et un endroit idéal pour votre repas BBQ. Il y a des orangers et des citronniers qui entourent la propriété (temps de faire votre jus d'orange pressé le matin). Ceci est le style de villégiature vivant à son meilleur, et à seulement 25 minutes de l'aéroport de Phoenix.
Ceci est un seul niveau, 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain maison, plus un repaire avec un canapé futon. La maison est 2022 pieds carrés avec un garage pour trois voitures. La maison est entièrement meublée, nouvelle peinture à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse, et appareils en acier inoxydable qui font de cette maison ressemble de nouveau. La maison a des plafonds voûtés, et est très léger et lumineux. Fenêtres bordent le côté arrière de la maison, pour une vue imprenable sur le golf. La maison a casa Blanca ventilateurs et A / C pour fournir un environnement confortable. La maison est magnifique, mais vous voulez profiter du quartier tout à fait pour les promenades.
Le Ironwood Country Club fait partie de l'Active Adult Community Sun Lakes. Si vous cherchez des choses à faire il y a une piscine, un bain à remous, golf, restaurants, divertissements, tennis, boule de raquette, et un centre de fitness.

Love staying at Joes’s AZ house. Great location, golf course views, beautiful sunsets, anything a visitor could want and everything well maintained.

Another great stay!

Just as our previous three stays, this was also wonderful! Everything was just as described. Loved that the patio faced the west to enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Joe was welcoming and accommodating.

Enjoyed a great stay at this property. The owner always calls to make sure everything is perfect. Fresh fruit juice in the AM and golf in the afternoon, as well as a great location make this a super place to enjoy AZ.

Wonderful Experience!

Property so nice, exceeded our expectations, even after seeing photos online. Cleanliness above & beyond. We loved the location, not a lot of traffic directly in front of the house. Mr. Joe Kimm was so pleasant & willing to be of assistance if we needed. We were more than satisfied with absolutely everything. We feel very fortunate that we were able to rent this property.

First Class Accommodations

My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much! Mr. Kimm’s attention to detail was excellent, communication was prompt and all needs were met in a timely manner. The house was clean and comfortable with recent appliances. We enjoyed the patio view of the golf course, and it was a pleasure to have freshly squeezed orange juice every morning from the citrus trees. We are very much looking forward to our next visit.

This house has everything needed for a fun, carefree stay. We enjoyed the golf course views, a variety of nearby restaurants and all the amenities Ironwood offers. As always everything was well maintained and the owner was super easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This property is beautiful and in a great location! Everything you need is within a short driving distance. We especially loved the backyard view of the golf course, large shade trees and amazing sunsets. The homeowner is very responsive to inquires and provides everything you need for a great stay. Perfect Chandler Visit

Can’t decide what I like best about staying at this house. Juice made from fresh picked oranges, the fantastic location, golf course views or the fact that Joe is so easy to work with. Can’t wait to come back next year.

A fantastic month vacation in a fantastic home. Mr Kimm is a great heat who checked in to ensure everything was going well House WA as comfortable as beautiful. Everything you could need. Great location near restaurants and shops. Pools and golf right there. The best house in our five years of coming to Arizonz.

Beautiful, spacious home, with golf course view.

What a wonderful home. Thoroughly enjoyed the comfortable, spacious property, located in the gated community of Ironwood. The kitchen was fully furnished and all appliances were top of the line. I really appreciated the tv’s in each of the bedrooms. Enjoyed the golf courses, pools, and sunsets on the patio. There were several clubhouses /restaurants within sun lakes, my favorite being Stone & Barrel in Oakwoods. The owner, Joe, was very attentive and great to deal with. Couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay. His home is beautiful. I’m looking forward to coming back next year!

Perfect AZ getaway

Fresh squeezed orange juice every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening with golf, fine dining and sight seeing in between. Renting this property was easy and any issues were handled immediatly. We stayed the month of Jan. 2018 and plan to rent again next year. It was a great experience in every way.

Great Home, Great Location

We spent 3 weeks at this property and wish we could have stayed longer. The house was very clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The area was very quiet and a quick drive to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and major roadways. The owner was great to deal with, easy to contact, and made sure our stay was great. Would highly recommend this property, I hope to stay there again.
