Cette unité particulière (# 345) est une unité directe en bord de mer au dernier étage. Il fait partie du complexe en bord de mer, Islander on the Beach, situé à Kapa'a, Kauai. Ils sont situés sur six hectares luxuriants en bord de mer. Chaque condo dispose d'un balcon / véranda où vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques levers de soleil et d'une vue complète ou partielle sur l'océan et à seulement quelques pas d'une plage privée.

Profitez du soleil dans la piscine au bord de l'océan ou détendez-vous dans le jacuzzi en sirotant un Mai Tai au bar Tiki Hut au bord de la piscine. Il y a aussi des barbecues à gaz près de la piscine gratuits ainsi qu'un bureau d'activités dans le hall pour planifier des excursions et autres.

Situé au centre de la ville de Kapa'a, vous êtes à 30 miles des rives nord et sud. La charmante rivière Wailua et Fern Grotto sont à moins de deux miles du complexe où vous pouvez faire du bateau, de la randonnée et / ou du kayak. Vous êtes également à moins de 200 mètres du Coconut Marketplace, qui compte plus de 30 boutiques et restaurants spécialisés.

Chaque condo dispose d'un balcon / véranda où vous pourrez profiter de magnifiques levers de soleil et d'une vue complète ou partielle sur l'océan et à seulement quelques pas d'une plage privée.

Rain or shine - the perfect place

Loved it! Turned off a/c the minute we stepped in and enjoyed the sounds of waves, the perfect temperature, the great view...sunrise from the balcony....The unit has all you need. It was clean, easy and clear instructions for access. Guide book quite helpful.

Paradise found

Wow, what a great location! Listening to the sound of the waves is so relaxing! This condo is about as close to the water as you can get. Beautiful views right out your door! The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom and plenty of fridge space for some food. Brad was so easy to work with and responds to emails promptly. We loved being able to use the Kauai guidebook during our stay. This condo in Kapaa is so central to everything on the island and walking distance so several wonderful restaurants, shopping and grocery. Kauai is be far the most beautiful of the Hawaiian islands and we hope to come back again to do more exploring!

The view is incredible and the property is quiet and located right on the beach. Central location of Kappa was great for trip to the canyon as well as Northshore!! I will defiantly rent at Islander with Brad again!

Best location/price/views!!!

We love staying on Kauai, it's our favorite island... it's even better staying there with Krellers Getaway! Brad is awesome to work with and totally worked for months with our whole group of 15 people to get our rooms booked. We had such a great time celebrating awesome milestones on the island. The rooms were fantastic, and the view couldn't of been better. We can't wait to come back and visit the garden island and stay with Krellers Getaway!! If you are thinking about booking with them... DO IT! We took our 3 year old and 5 month old this time around and they LOVED it... great for all ages! The location of the condo is perfect, its smack dab in the middle of the island so traveling to see the other "ends" of the island aren't too difficult for day trips! The property was awesome and clean... the pool/spa was so nice and relaxing, they clean it EVERY MORNING (makes this mama's heart happy) the staff at the front desk are friendly and helpful (even though we didn't use them for much, they still greeted us and were so kind). I have and will continue to recommend this location to all my friends and family, you just can't beat the views and the amazing relaxing vibe this place has to offer. We enjoyed the new (well new since the last time we visited, 4 years ago) marketplace right at the coconut marketplace... it made it so easy to eat and shop. A great place we ate at twice was Gaylords. It is a little bit on the pricey side but it was delicious!! For shave ice "Tege Tege" is AMAZING... its all natural and super delicious, we went on a raft adventure to see the Napali Coast and our boat driver recommended that shave ice place, and I could of went there EVERY DAY! Smiths Family Luau was awesome... the entertainment and food did not disappoint. We drove up to see the Waimea canyon, BREATHTAKING!! WE also went to the Lighthouse, and that was really cool (we saw turtles & a pod of dolphins) ** if you happen to have a pass to National Parks... bring it, you get in free and 3 guests with that pass at the Lighthouse. We couldn't go too far North(?) due to some bad weather they had which closed the road. Queens bath... we did it, we survived... its breathtaking and pretty scary all at the same time. The hike was hard, slippery, and steep but the view was soooo worth it. The parking is TERRIBLE but all the reviews say that, so seriously get there early OR get dropped off at the trial head. We can't wait to come back and visit this island... we have fallen in LOVE!

Great condo in a convenient location

Everything went well and we enjoyed staying at #345. The condo was clean and well-maintained. We were especially glad for the umbrella and extra (very beautiful) quilt as the weather was rather cool, and there were a few tropical downpours. I can't think of any issues we had with the condo. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were amazing. I was glad one of the pillows was flatter than the other because I don't do well with big fluffy pillows. The instructions in the condo were very helpful. It was so convenient to be able to walk to restaurants and the stores at Coconut Marketplace and Long's. I enjoyed the Farmer's Market and got most of our produce there. We used the blender to make green smoothies. Once the weather improved, we enjoyed sitting on the lanai, and towards the end of the trip, we saw some whales out there. The highlight of our trip was the boat trip up the Napali Coast with Liko Kauai. We also especially enjoyed the Waimea Canyon and Kilaeau National Wildlife Refuge. The biggest frogs I've ever seen were in the wetlands near the Kalalau Trail trailhead. I thought I heard cows bellowing at first!

Affordable, Ocean Front Condo in a Great Location

This was the perfect condo for our stay on Kauai! There are several units, but our favorite was #345, a corner unit of Aston Island on the Beach resort, which has amazing ocean front views as well as views of the property pool. It has a small kitchen with mini-fridges, a toaster oven, and microwave and a table on the inside and outside patio. We really enjoyed having breakfast on the patio right next to the ocean. The property was clean and as described. The owner provided the essentials plus beach towels and there were even some beach chairs and other toys to use. The owner was very accommodating and provided very detailed instructions. The condo has A/C, but note that the owner's instruct you to use it in Fan mode which isn't very strong. We also liked the location of the condo - it's close to the center of Wailua with lots of restaurants nearby and easy to get to the South or North Side of the island. We would definitely recommend staying here and visiting Lava Lava Beach Club for some delicious food just a short walk down the beach.

Amazing Gettaway

My wife and I went here to get married and enjoy our time with one another. The location and space that we had was only footsteps from the beach, amazing sounds of the waves crashing at night, and all for a great price. We would highly recommend this place for anyone just wanting to get away and enjoy the slow down of Kauai. We will definitely be going back to Kauai and if this place were available we would book it in a heartbeat.

Relaxing and Rejuvanating.

There is nothing more important to me then my vacation. With this property I was able to relax with the Pacific Ocean steps from my sliding glass door. The condo was everything that the lisiting description said it was, and more. I enjoyed peaceful morning sunrises, carefree sunny days and amazing balmy nights. The property site is secure and well maintained with beuatiful flora and well manicured lawns. The pool was a refreshing tuch, and I made new friends at the pool side bar. This property is very convient with hassle free parking, close to markets and a variety of restaurants. It is easy to navigate the island from this central location. The location made it easy to see the island and enjoy all Kauai has to offer. I have highly recommended this property to my family and friends, and now to you. I look forward to our return.

Amazing location.....beautiful view

Could not of been any happier!!!! Property and unit was just as advertised, if not better. The unit was more than adequate in size for a couple---and or even three up to four people. First time user on the VRBO web-site and definitely will not be my last. Brad K was awesome to deal with! Nice on-site pool, hot tub, and outside pool bar along with great restaurants within a 5 minute walk right along the beach!!! If were lucky enough to make a return trip to Kauai---will definatley book the same unit!! LOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great location! Great value!

We spent a wonderful month on this beautiful island. We stayed at Kreller's Getaway in unit #345. A great view of the ocean and sunrises, steady sound of the surf, lanai was always a welcome respite from the heat of the day with cool breezes. The unit was exactly as advertised and is a great value. The location is perfect to explore any part of the island and we appreciated the close proximity of a few stores, a good coffee shop and grocery stores. The king size bed was comfortable, bathroom a good size, kitchen facilities handy to have. Brad provided outstanding customer service, responding very quickly to any questions or issues, The resort is well maintained, very pretty. Very basic facilities, a small pool, hot tub, BBQ's, small bar. Nightly entertainment several times a week which we enjoyed from our lanai. It was never crowded while we were there so always lots of chairs around the pool. Not a great swimming or walking beach but there's a path that runs parallel to it, a good 40 minute walk from resort to end of path and back. And it was great to wake up and see and hear the ocean every day. And there are lots of beaches on the island. We'd recommend this as a great place from which to explore the island.

Wonderful Vacation

I stayed in #115 (2 queens) w/2 girlfriends 1 week & we had a glorious time. Sunrise in the beach is worth the early rise! Unit is by parking lot but we never heard any noise. Also, website said beach towels included, there were 2 so we just had to stop to purchase extra for 3rd person- no problem. Very nice, excellent value. Check out Hindu Monastery on a rainy day. Located midway between north/south- ideal for 1st time traveler to Kauai or those traveling 'budget friendly'.

Always Amazing

My stay was Amazing, to see and hear the Ocean upfront, wonderful view, sound and smell. Property was clean, everything you need is in room, also Brad the Manager provided Great service, very helpful at all times, have recommended to friends. The Grounds are immaculate, everything is close by if you don't have car it's not a problem, short walk to stores.😎

Affordable, comfortable, fabulous view

The Islander has been renovated in recent years and all the rooms are very, very nice. While 329 is similar to all the other rooms the owners have given it extra love and it is noticeable. It has a fresh, beautiful repaint, bright cheery bathroom curtain and bedspread. Believe me, we've stayed in other rooms and the small touches makes a difference. They have expanded the bed platform for a King mattress!! (Bonus: the larger platform makes a perfect spot to stash your suitcase underneath!). They also build a custom shelf in the kitchen for the microwave and other items. Most units just have appliances stacked up three high on the countertop, and this addition makes so much more pleasant to brew morning coffee or make a light dinner. There is a large ceiling fan, wireless internet, and the wall-mounted flat screen TV makes the dresser available for use, so the room is so much less cluttered. Other much appreciated amenities are decent beach chairs! ( It is so ridiculous to rent chairs for two weeks) and the extra refrigerator is essential because it has a freezer for your water bottles and ice. Of course, the view is fabulous. I would highly recommend staying here.

nicely apportioned property, like someone's home

Have stayed in half a dozen or so Krellers properties, and on earlier visits stayed in 3 different rooms run by the hotel. This is the nicest room, in terms of furniture, decor, amenities, etc. It's my impression the owners care very much, so this is a lovely place to stay. Nihau footpath noisier and busier than footpath by Kauai building, perhaps owing to proximity of pool area and adjacent restauarnt. Further back from ocean than Kauai building; otherwise, ideal. Note: On and around the winter solstice, the sun rises directly in front of the unit. True of all oceanfront units, but only on and around Dec. 21, and for about 8 weeks before and after. Definitely one of the best units in entire complex.

Brad had warned us about getting 329. This ocean front is very well maintained and we have stayed in about 4 other units and this is top shelf! Kauai never fails us, we had 8 glorious days no rain and our first helicopter ride!! Mahalo...D&C Bell

still the best

we have stayed at this locaton three times,twice in 345.of corner overlooking pool to the side.this is our favorite place to stay on kauai. two refrigerators,one with a freezer a real plus.brad is very easy and comfortable to work with as usual. bobby v's is walking distance and has a byob option,we had a spaghetti dinner for 4 for $ 28.10. parking is the only inconvenience,in the evening you may have to park in the lot behind and walk an extra 50 feet to the condo parking lot.

We were thrilled!

We loved everything about our stay! The location of the property couldn't be beat, the room was clean, and it had everything we needed (a cooler, extra blankets, an umbrella for the beach, boogie boards, beach towels, a kitchen, hair dryer, etc). We had a red eye flight on the way home and instead of checking out at 11:00 a.m., Brad let us stay in the room as late as we wanted, and we were able to take a nap before we got on the flight. It was wonderful! I'd highly recommend this to anyone! :)

Fabulous Unit #351

Unit was very clean and tastefully decorated, lots of kitchen items, 2 mini refrigerators, plenty of towels. Many TV channels and strong Wi-Fi. King bed was comfortable and even had extra pillows. Lots of beach toys, boogie boards, etc. This is as close to the ocean as you can get - ocean waves lull you to sleep. Complex has a fun tiki bar by the pool, lots of cabanas and 4 BBQs. Location is fantastic, can walk to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely return next year. We traveled with 5 other couples that also rented from this same owner and we are already planning our 2017 trip! We have stayed in this complex for 2 years and for the price is a great deal and offers everything you need. Owner graciously allowed us late check out, which was appreciated. If you are looking for a studio that is clean, centrally located and an owner that is very receptive this is your place!

Unit 245

I was with a group of 14 friends. Most of us celebrating our 70th birthday and/or 50th anniversary. Friends were staying all over the island. I could not have asked for a better well equipped location. AIOB is very well maintained, security was present, I found staff to be most friendly, and the location within walking distance to restaurants and incidental groceries. Brad and Wendy could not have been more responsive or patient with some of my "concerns". I'd easily recommend my unit #245 to anybody. Could not have asked for anything more. Unit 252 was beautiful and relaxing

When we arrived at our unit at the Islander it was easy to get in and wonderfully equipped. We slept every night with the sliding door wide open so that we could hear the waves and the nightly rain. We enjoyed barbecuing poolside and then central location made it easy to access both sides of the island. Brad and Wendy were so easy and provided all the information that we needed. A Perfect Piece of Paradise

Located in the middle of eastern coastline right on the ocean and on the incredible bike path that offers access to the best beaches and incredible views- what a wonderful week we had! The location was perfect, but we were most impressed with Brad and Wendy's responsiveness and kindness. We had a wonderful time in Kauai and are planning our next trip already – when we will definitely stay with the Kreller's, no doubt. The resort staff was wonderful and all the Krellers' recommendations were perfect. We felt like we were staying with family and that we had somebody looking out for us. The Krellers do special things for their renters that you won't find anywhere else – like having a stereo with a Hawaiian music CD that we listened to every day, little special touches in the room, great area information and everything you could wish for in the kitchen! What we did and recommend (loved everything we did!): - Na Pali hike - Lydgate Park - just a few minutes from your room! - Bike trail - did three days, go down the dirt path at the end to find the most beautiful, private beach (with a regular monk seal visitor); rent from the shop next to the fish market- Brittney is great and will hook you up for $10/day! - Poipu Beach, fun snorkeling - Weimea Canyon; great drive and beautiful views - Waterfalls and river views - Spouting Horn (sea turtles!) - fish market right next to the hotel, amazing food, bring your own bottle of wine/beer and eat on the picnic tables - Lava Lava happy hours- end your beach day early to hit HH by 4pm for amazing drinks for $5 and some good apps - Highlight was our Blue Dolphin boat tour with Bottle Nose and Spinner Dolphins and snorkeling. Book through the woman in the Coconut Marketplace- she's the cheapest and so helpful! One other thing that makes the Krellers' rooms the best- guests leave some items for future guests to enjoy- it feels like having extended family... Especially when you read the guest books! We left some great additions in the room for future guests, including plastic wine glasses perfect for the pool, a boogie board and float. We hope you enjoy them when you experience paradise in Room 319. One more thing- the ocean is unpredictable... Please be safe. Aloha!!!

Fantastic Vacation Rental

We had a great experience staying at your location in Kapa`a. We left the sliders open at night to hear the ocean waves. A great sound to fall asleep to every night for 2 weeks. The condo was immaculate, comfortable and very very clean. There wasn't anything overlooked. The ocean was 50 ft. outside our unit, the poll and hot tub with a staffed bar and music nightly were an added unexpected plus. We loved walking to Lava Lava for dinner many times and the nearby Kauai Beach Resort. I could not recommend this condo enough. You will not be disappointed. stayed at your location: aug.3-aug16th. mahalo.

All you need inside & out!

We had all the big items we needed. Dishes and cookware and utinsels... Cooktop and fridge with freezer compartment were great to have and we made breakfast and ate on the beach. The freezer and toaster oven fit a regular sized pizza so we had late night snacks in the room. Lots of storage and everything to get you started on your stay. We wished we would have brought more hand and body soap for our week long stay, but they had enough to get us started. View is great! Locks on screen doors were awesome for sleeping with the door open for the ocean waves! Pool and hot tub were cleaned every day and I saw them deep cleaning the BBQ grills daily too. Great property and great location and amenities!

10/10 – Excellent

Very charming unit close to everything.

An excellent and very clean unit with all the amenities you need for a great getaway on Kauai. The resort is right on the beach in the popular Kapaa area adjacent to the Coconut Marketplace Shopping center. The location is close to the airport and an easy drive to all parts of the island including Waimea, Northshore, Poipu. The place has everything you need including basic toiletries, towels, a flat screen tv, a dvd player that makes the stay a joy. I must mention that Brad the owner is an awesome guy who is very accommodating and easy to work with. We had a great time with our stay and will definitely rent this unit again when we return to beautiful and lush Kauai.
