Lake Cecebe/Lake Ahmic is located a short 2.5 hours from Toronto and 25 minutes north of Huntsville, Muskoka. The property is easy to get to, off the main highway. The cottage faces South-West which provides all-day sun exposure as well as has a large over-sized deck on the rear of the house, facing beautiful lake Cecebe.

A short 10-minute drive gets you to the downtown area of Burks Falls where you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, a gas station, and a convenience store. A short 10-minute drive in the opposite direction gets you to a beautiful public beach, children's playground, and a small mom/pop grocery store in the town of Magnetawan.

Each of the bedrooms has a king size bed, and mattress. 2 of the bedrooms have a ceiling fan. This is an air conditioned cottage with a whole home air exchanger system.

The large spacious family room with high ceilings looks out to the backyard and out onto Lake Cecebe. A massive 75" television with over 2500 channels, movies on demand, Netflix, and Amazon prime will keep you entertained indoors. A sofa bed is also available here.
