Welcome to this spacious two-bedroom villa, ideally located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes for easy access to the beach and various resort amenities! Perfect for families or friends, the villa is just steps from Centre Court’s pool complex and tennis courts, offering relaxation and recreation at your doorstep.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with sleek countertops and bar seating for two, making meal prep a breeze. The adjoining dining area comfortably seats four for cozy meals together. The living room provides ample seating, perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure, and features an HDTV with easy access to your private deck. Enjoy serene views of the 11-mile lagoon system, a peaceful backdrop to your stay.

The bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the villa for maximum privacy. Both feature two queen beds, HDTVs, and their en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and convenience for all guests.

Pleasant stay at Palmetto Dunes

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My unit was very clean, which I appreciated. There was ample room for me and my guest. The location was fine and the two restaurants we tried were good. On the 'suggestion' side, I was surprised that there were no spices in the kitchen. Basic salt and pepper would have been appreciated. The bathroom fixtures were quite old and the shower curtain was the cheapest thing I've ever seen. It kept billowing into me as I showered. Yuk. Also, the kitchen sink sprayer, which was as old as the shower plumbing fixtures appeared to be, broke off in my hand when I tried to use it. The TVs in my unit were really confusing to use too.That's my 2 cents worth!

Dear Martha, Thank you for taking the time to review the condo. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide spices to guests, it is against the Department of Heath regulations. There is a list of all items that are provided online and in all of the pre-arrival information that we send. Thank you for letting us know about the plumbing fixtures, these will all be fixed prior to the next arrival. If you report anything during your stay, we are more than happy to take care of it for you while you are in house rather than after you leave. Palmetto Dunes Golf weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful trip to Palmetto Dunes to play golf with some lifelong friends. The reservation staff was super helpful in finding is accommodations that had 4 beds as well as setting us up with tee times. It was a great value and a great experience. My only complaint would the Jones course was over capacity on Friday making for a slow day. For the amount charged to play there they could afford to skip a few tee times to make the experience more pleasant.
