Darling Family Friendly Home in Crested Butte - Perfect Location in Town!

Enjoy Crested Butte in a charming home in the heart of the historic district! Comfortable and family friendly home has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths and a fenced-in yard creating the perfect spot for your family to enjoy everything Crested Butte has to offer! There are 2 bedrooms (1 with queen bed and 1 with two twin beds) that share a bathroom and are accessed by stairs in front of the house. Behind the kitchen in the rear of the house is a small bedroom (with1 twin bed) and stairs that lead to another bedroom (with 1 queen bed) and another shared bathroom. Living room, dining room and kitchen are all comfortable and there is an additional den/tv room and half bath. Access the back porch with a gas grill from the living room or access the back patio from kitchen. You will love the fenced-in yard and relaxing on the patio with a fire pit! Our home is on a favorite street in town with little traffic and easy walking and biking for all ages. Your family will love walking to restaurants and shops on Elk, playing in Coal Creek at Totem Pole Park, riding bikes out to the Lower Loop, wandering through the Woods Walk as well as many other summer activities! We love our home and know you will, too! 1 well-behaved dog allowed upon agreement. July weekly rentals only! Please note our home is best suited to families and doesn't work well for a large group of individuals.

Beautiful Home Near Cute Shops and Restaurants

This is a charming house just a short walk from downtown Crested Butte. The home is warm and inviting with a well appointed kitchen, comfortable living spaces and lovely decor. There are only four of us, but the house fits many more. The proximity to downtown made it so easy to go out to dinner at night or visit the cute shops, even after a long day of skiing. The owners were so helpful with information on skiing - where and how to rent skis, recommendations on ski instructors, etc. We can't wait to go back and stay in this lovely home.

Love staying at this home in Crested Butte. So fun to be a five minute walk to town and to the ski shuttles. The house is really comfortable and has everything you need. I've stayed here a couple of times and think it's the perfect place to stay in CB!

Great Place - walk 1 block to main street and easy to catch ski shuttle

I have stayed here a couple of times and it has always been great. Fantastic location super close to main street where all the action is. I have only been here in winter and easy to catch ski shuttle...Black Tie skis will even bring your skis to the house for you. Owner is super helpful and awesome...even mailed some of my kids hot wheels back after the snow melted and they emerged in the spring!

Cozy, comfortable house in great location in Crested Butte

Great house for a Crested Butte getaway. Easy walking distance to main dining/shopping area of CB and to the mountain shuttle. This house has everything you need. The owner knows CB inside and out and was full of great suggestions for dining & activities.

Such a charming home just a couple blocks from downtown- walk to all the shops and restaurants. Also, only a few blocks to the bus to the mountain. This home has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfy.

Charming home in Crested Butte

Cleanest rental I have ever stayed in! Location is amazing! Everything is within walking distance. Charming home, with a style that fits right in to this quaint little town. Perfect for a large family/group, or a couples get-a-way. Owner very friendly. Everything you need is right here!

Great house in great location in super cool ski resort town

This stay was just my wife and me. For the two of us, this house was huge. It was very comfortable, cozy, easy to live in, and literally a block away from the bottom of the trail up to the ski lodge. The town was funky and welcoming at the same time. And it could easily be explored on foot from the house. We could have taken the bikes but just didn't need them. No driving required. There are many sights to see nearby. We checked out Kebler Pass, the largest living organism on Earth, just as the autumn leaves were coming into color. The owner had several books out to make it easy to choose fun activities.
