The Space:
Snow quiets the forest as you arrive, boots crunching softly while warmth settles in around you. Radiant heat rises underfoot, the gas fireplace glows steadily, and the mountain air lingers just beyond wide windows framed by evergreens. After a day on the slopes, evenings slow down here - steam drifting from the hot tub, firelight reflecting across timber beams, and winter calm all around.
The space
This multi-level townhouse offers distinct places to gather and unwind. Hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, and exposed log beams define the living area, where plush seating centers around a floor-to-ceiling cast stone gas fireplace. Large windows look out toward the surrounding forest and valley. Radiant heating keeps each room comfortable through the season, with central air conditioning available year-round to balance temperatures.
Kitchen & dining
Designed for shared meals and easy flow, the kitchen supports everything from early breakfasts before first tracks to relaxed dinners back home. Full-size appliances and generous prep space make group cooking easy. A breakfast bar seats four, while the dining table comfortably seats eight, bringing everyone together after winter days outdoors.
Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to eight guests across four bedrooms. The upper-level primary suite features a king bed, TV, rooftop patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, frameless glass shower, and deep soaker tub. On the lower level, a second bedroom offers a king bed, desk, and its own ensuite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms include one with a king split bed and another with a custom bunk bed featuring two twin beds over a queen. A fourth bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower completes this level.
Outdoor living
Winter days often end outdoors. A covered lower-level deck houses a private hot tub available all year and open 24 hours, screened by trees for privacy. Above, the rooftop patio accessed from the primary bedroom opens to wide mountain and valley views, especially striking after fresh snowfall.
Ski access
During ski season, a short walk from the front door leads to the Lower Dave Murray Downhill trail, offering seasonal ski-out access depending on snow conditions. The route connects to the Creekside Gondola and is best suited to intermediate skiers.
