The retreat offers a spacious master bedroom with an ensuite hot tub for ultimate relaxation and a vibrant children’s room stocked with games to keep the little ones entertained. There’s plenty of space to stretch out and relax, including a large, cosy sofa with access to all the channels you could need. Just a five-minute stroll away lies the beautiful Esplanade, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and stunning beachside views.

This is your private sanctuary throughout your stay, with unrestricted access to the entire property. Ample parking is available on the driveway for your convenience, and its prime location means you’re only moments from everything Palm Cove has to offer.

Located about 30 minutes north of Cairns, Palm Cove is a charming beachside village renowned for its 500-year-old melaleuca tree-lined Esplanade. Here, life slows down—go barefoot, trade the car for a bike, and pick up fresh seafood for a sunset barbecue on the beach. You can hire a kayak and paddle straight off the shore or join a tour to nearby Double Island. The Palm Cove jetty is also a fisherman’s dream, with plenty of Spanish mackerel, cod, whiting, stripeys, and flathead ready to be caught.

Please note that we provide a starter amenity kit that includes a few essentials for your convenience, but for longer stays, you may need to go shopping to re-stock.

No Unregistered Guests: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unregistered visitors are permitted inside the property.

This property has a strict no party, no smoking, and no pet policy. Any breach will result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM via self check-in with a key safe.

Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Unauthorised late check outs may incur a fee. Please follow the check out instructions sent to you and make sure you are familiar with where to leave your keys.

Guests may be charged for additional housekeeping if the property requires extra cleaning time.

Guests will be charged for replacing lost keys or fobs as well as a call out fee, if required.

Any smoking inside the property will result in charges to have the property professionally deodorised and furniture and carpets steam cleaned.

Cancellation Policy: Our cancellation policy is firm. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover your trip in case of emergencies, illness, extreme weather, etc. Any refund requests outside of our cancellation policy will be declined. We are happy to provide documentation to your travel insurance company to help expedite your claim.
