RĂ©cemment dĂ©corĂ© la maison a une disposition idĂ©ale avec 2 trĂšs grandes chambres au rez de chaussĂ©e; chambre des maĂźtres et salle de bain avec grand dressing et deuxiĂšme chambre avec 3 lits jumeaux, tĂ©lĂ©vision et wetbar. Les deux chambres ont des portes françaises menant Ă  la nouvelle vĂ©randa oĂč vous pouvez voir la baie paisible ainsi que les bateaux qui passent du canal. Service de blanchisserie sont au rez-de-chaussĂ©e. A l'Ă©tage 2 chambres plus de bonne taille (queen et jumeaux) et une salle de bain complĂšte. Profitez de la grande chambre avec 2 grands canapĂ©s inclinables, salle Ă  manger et une cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. La grande salle a 3 portes coulissantes menant Ă  la grande terrasse wrap-around. Une vue phĂ©nomĂ©nale sur la baie et parfois vous pouvez voir les dauphins nager par !!! Une maison parfaite en place et le quartier calme de Caine Woods pour une ou deux familles avec beaucoup d'espace pour se dĂ©tendre et profiter de la vue depuis les deux Ă©tages.


Il sera difficile de dĂ©cider si vous voulez dormir au rez-de-chaussĂ©e ou Ă  l'Ă©tage. Si vous choisissez le rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vos chambres s'ouvrent par des portes-fenĂȘtres donnant sur une immense vĂ©randa offrant une vue phĂ©nomĂ©nale sur la baie. Dans la vĂ©randa, vous trouverez un canapĂ©, des chaises et une grande table pour vous dĂ©tendre et savourer votre dĂ©jeuner ou votre dĂźner avec un bon verre de limonade ou du vin. Si vous dĂ©sirez les chambres Ă  l'Ă©tage, vous ĂȘtes pratique pour la cuisine et la grande salle. Alors, prenez votre cafĂ© et regarder la vue panoramique imprenable sur la baie de la 2e enveloppe de plancher autour du pont. Great place!

Perfect for our family of 9 - 4 adult kids and 3+1s - being on the bay and so close to the beach works awesome - parking at beach is no problem - bring bikes as they are great to get around this area. Stay here, you won’t regret it!

Amazing home in the best location

This was our second stay at this beautiful home, and it was just as perfect as we remembered. Great location, gorgeous bay views, so clean and comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Beautiful home on the bay in a quiet neighborhood

The house was very clean, comfortable and spacious with stunning views of the bay. We loved having our morning coffee out on the deck. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do on our vacation but away from all the crowds. It was an easy walk to the beach, some restaurants and mini golf. Our family loved staying here and would definitely come back again!

Family vacation

Julie's bay house was beautiful and had wonderful views of the bay. We got to enjoy the July 4th fireworks right out front from her driveway. The children had a great time crabbing and fishing from the dock! I would definitely recommend this house!

2020 Summer Vaca

The house was perfect in size for our family of 8. The views and deck area were our favorite spot to hang out in the mornings and evenings. We even had a dolphin sighting in the bay. Nice to watch the boats go by.

Wonderful Beach House

We had an amazing week at this house! The dĂ©cor and amenities were perfect, creating a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare family meals, and there are plenty of fantastic dining options nearby if you prefer to eat out—Ocean City and Fenwick Island certainly don’t disappoint. The owner was always quick to respond to any questions we had, which we really appreciated. The house was spotless and very well maintained. While the freezer couldn’t quite keep up with our ice needs, a quick bag of ice solved that minor issue. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful place for family fun

My family rented this beautiful home from 7/23/16 through 7/30/16. It was everything we had hoped for and more. It was clean, spacious and well kept. There was plenty of room for our grown children and grandchildren. We fished, crabbed and rented kayaks right from the property! We look forward to visiting again. Beautiful Home

We had an amazing week! The property is very clean, which made it very comfortable to stay there. Our group loved the deck. We were out there enjoying the views when we weren't out and about. The kitchen is fully stocked and has all the supplies you would need to make a meal. We had 8 in our party, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable.

The best!

Our week in OC MD was perfection and this was largely due to this wonderful property that is laid out perfectly, appointed perfectly and the lot and view allow you to enjoy the day sun up to sun down and beyond. We even hosted friends one evening! I hope our schedule allows return visits in the future and Julie is a terrific host!! The dolphins even made a brief appearance just as it got dark the night our guests were out on the porch! We kayaked and fished and the beach access was easy too - loved our week here with our kids - 7 of us total - the outdoor shower is another bonus!

Beautiful DECK and SUNSETS!

Spacious for our family of 4 (upstairs) and grandparents (downstairs). The deck is tops for evenings, with sunsets and boats to watch. The outdoor shower is a treat. The kitchen accommodated cooking for a week easily during the pandemic. The couches were comfy for all. Plenty of parking and a beautiful yard to play in. The mattresses upstairs would be my only suggestion for the upgrade list. We hope to return for sure!

Beautiful home

The house is even better in person. We were not upset at how busy OC restaurants were during our stay because we had dinner every night on the deck. We watched the dolphins every evening! We also had the perfect spot on the deck to watch fire works on the Fourth of July. Overall, the neighborhood and house is beautiful and quiet. Checking in was a breeze and Julie was very responsive when I had questions. The house has everything that you may need during vacation if you need to use the kitchen.The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were spotless. Loved having the washer and dryer. We absolutely recommend staying here! We loved it!

Great view!

This property has an excellent view! You cannot beat sitting on the upper deck and watching the boats. Very nice updated upper deck, screened in porch and outdoor shower. The inside was clean, but in need of an update. Please add a knife sharpener to your kitchen, as we could not find a sharp knife in the house. The downstairs shower curtain is ripped and needs replacing. Both bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. Our family enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Excellent Rental

The property was just as stated in the ad, and we had a blast. Everything was immaculate and loved the house, the location and the property. The property managers seemed like great people and enjoyed conversations with the neighbors. Great sunsets, and neighborhood, easy access to restaurants, the beach, the bay and some miscellaneous items. Would love to stay again. Thanks so much for your hospitality!

Beautiful bayside home with amazing sunset views!!

The house was beautiful and great location. Neighborhood is perfect for walking and biking. The beach is close. Easy to ride bikes to the beach, walk or drive. Parking is never an issue. We spent alot of time at the house because of the bayfront location. Spacious and clean.We really enjoyed our stay!

We are a family of 5, but all the kids are grown and spread around the U.S. We have been coming to Ocean City for many years and decided to buy to make our presence more permanent.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The house is in a great family location, quiet neighborhood. Having water on two sides is an added bonus and the sunsets can't be beat. It's a perfect location for all of us to meet up and the house has a great layout. The adults rise early so sleep upstairs and the kids are downstairs for a late sleep-in.

Perfect for two families to rent, one upstairs and one downstairs. Easy to walk to the beach, or take the bus on the ocean highway to any location if you don't want to drive.
