Awesome cabin, very close to town. The inside is eclectic like a cabin should be, cozy bed, great kitchen and sitting area. The hot tub was great and the outdoor fire pit was awesome. We had a little opossum that would come to the back door looking for food

My husband and I were looking for a weekend away and searched for a place with a fireplace. All we wanted to do was curl up in front of a fire and read books and relax this weekend. When we arrived at the property, there was a small trap door under the house that was open, and there were cats running all over the property, living under the house & being fed. The back patio was dirty, there were bowls for cat food everywhere, everything smelled strongly of cat urine, and there was even a bag with hypodermic needles, sitting on the table
just open. When we reached out to the property owner, she said that they had been vaccinating the cats and just accidentally left them there. We had our cat-allergic 3 year old with us! No cats advertised anywhere. The interior of the cabin was straightened up, at best description that I could give it, but the entire interior of the cabin smelled so strongly of cat urine, because of all of the cats living all over the property. The laundry room had open bottles of laundry soap, there was dirty bedding, and toys sitting on top of the washing machine that also smelled strongly of cat pee.The hose to the showerhead was broken, so water sprayed every which direction when you turned the shower on. And there wasn’t even soap or anything inside the shower.The fireplace advertised? It wasn’t a fireplace. It was an electric plug-in heater under the tv. This remains hands-down, the absolute worst falsely advertised stay that we’ve ever had!

Host was very welcoming. It could have been better stocked. There was no bar soap, shampoo, tissue paper. The photo showed a regular coffee maker but there was only k-cups. The electric fireplace didn’t work. The cabin was clean, and warm. The owner needs to check air valves in the hot tub. There might be a leak.

Outdoor pillows need replaced. Too dirty to sit on chairs, back deck couch. Internet working with Roku didn't work half of the time. Watching TV was "hit and miss". For example, halfway through watching a movie the internet would go out for about 20 minutes each time. The proximity to outdoor activities was prime at this location.

Great little cabin in the heart of Hochatown!

We enjoyed our holiday weekend getaway at this small cabin. It was perfect for us. The hot tub was, well hot and we enjoyed it after a long day of hiking!

Anniversary getaway

Wonderful, cozy trip. Very clean cabin. Take Keurig pods if you want coffee, somehow I missed that on Vrbo. We had great time in Hochatown as always.

Great get away

We had the wrong code to get in but they got us the correct code right away. We noticed the hot water heater was leaking and they had someone out there within the hour to fix it. It is a great location and I very nice property. Would recommend.

The cabin is decorated so cute and literally has everything you need. It’s was a short drive to any and everything we went to do. The fire pit has swings and it was fun to relax by the fire. Loved the cabin and would come back.

Perfect Couples Getaway

Cabin was very cute and bigger than expected. Decorated for Christmas time, which was an appreciated touch. The bed was very comfortable. There was a nice fire pit sitting area. The hot tub worked and was private. We enjoyed being able to watch the wildlife from the hot tub. The jets seems to be a bit broken but otherwise worked well. We would definitely book this cabin again!

Charming and lovely

My son and I loved staying in this beautiful cabin close to all the nearby parks and adventures. The cabin had many things we needed and was so cozy. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and fire pit.

Very great cabin!! Was perfect for just two people! It was clean, the grill outside was great, the fireplace was a good use, & the hot tub was very relaxing! Would recommend to any couples. Definitely want to come back!!

Nice cabin, poor communication with manager

The cabin came as advertised. It was very clean and we enjoyed the location. However, the check-in instructions in the email were not up to date. Upon entering, we could not connect to the wifi. The email said there was no password for the wifi but the email was incorrect. I tried calling the manager and she did not answer or return my call. Aside from that, the k cup coffee machine didn't work.Beautiful cabin with no wifi, broken coffee machine, and a non responsive manager.

Perfect tranquility

It was amazing. First thing was the beautiful location, the listing matched perfectly. Property manager was so nice and helpful and had excellent communication. Secondly there’s plenty of things to do around the location. Perfect spot for couples.

Everything was great. Everything looked just like the pictures. We wanted it to be a private and it was pretty private. Hot tub was clean and worked good. Not far from the Hochatown Saloon. The location of the place was not close to the lake like it was depicted on the VRBO map. The VRBO map depicted the place being within a stones throw of Lake Broken Bow, literally a stones throw. The location Icon was all the way at the end of Old Hochatown Road. We were actually about 1 mile from the end of Old Hochatown Road.
