Only minutes walk to just about everywhere, 5 Simms has under gone a full renovation to become one of Moama’s best holiday options for families and couples wanting to get away.
Literally a stone’s throw from Moama Bowling Club, 5 Simms is also only a five minute walk to Meninya St, and a short stroll over the bridge to Echuca – this makes it a perfect option for those travelling for the great local festivals.
Featuring four bedrooms, the home can sleep up to 11, ideal for two families.
The outdoor undercover area features a smart TV, lounge and dining, whilst looking out to the in-ground pool.
5 Simms has four bedrooms, central bathroom, extra toilet and spacious living. There is plenty of off street parking available via the rear gates – great for boats!

Lovely home
Lovely central Moama home. Very comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. Only slight negative is that the single split system in the lounge does not heat the bedrooms and bathroom very well meaning it was quite cold in the winter mornings. Otherwise a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
