Reviewer Comments: We were a group of 8 people and 1 dog, and we were very comfortable in the condo for our 2 night stay during the Leadville Marathon and Heavy Half. Only a 25 minute drive to Leadville and a 5 minute walk into the center of Copper Village. Really nice, clean condo.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Condo was well appointed and comfortable. Main areas clean. However, some areas were unattended. Of note, dog poop on balcony, pills and empty contact containers under the bed in the second bedroom. Windows need to be washed. Seems it needs a deep clean. That said, it was as described and a great spot for our trip. We would return (hopefully after a better cleaning).
