Host comms were great, and we appreciated being able to check in early - thanks again.There was plenty to like about the accom - including views and the location.But - we had issues with ants the whole time we were there - hundreds of them. Each of the rooms had cobwebs, dust, dead bugs and something we felt we had to clean up before we used the room. The entry/foyer was particularly laden with a lot of cobwebs all over the doorframes and door. I feel it also wasnât entirely clear on the property listing that thereâs only one bedroom - weâd expected a second bedroom because it states in the listing âbedroom 1 - queenâ then âbedroom 2 - futonâ. But instead had the use of a fold out couch in the main living area which made it difficult to use that space of an evening. A few thoughtful additions in the kitchen like some nice teas, normal table salt, maybe a loaf of local bread or a tub of butter would have made it feel a bit more homely and welcoming. It was a lovely few days away though, Priscilla, and we loved being so close to quite a few sights and attractions. Thanks for having us.
