Situated alongside the scenic cross-country ski trail and just minutes from Park City Mountain Resort, this entry-level unit (no stairs) provides easy access to all the best that Park City lodging has to offer. Guests can enjoy a leisurely walk to restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and entertainment—or hop on the free city-wide bus with a stop just steps from the complex.
Inside, this 658-square-foot Park City vacation rental features a cozy layout perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families. The fully equipped kitchen includes a breakfast bar for casual dining. The private bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, and a full bathroom completes the space. Added conveniences include a private washer and dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note: this condo does not offer air conditioning, but fans will be provided during the warmer months for your comfort.
Guests of Park Avenue #297 will enjoy access to a host of community amenities, including an outdoor heated pool (seasonal Summer only; closed Fall and Winter), year-round hot tub, sauna, changing rooms with showers, and a coin-operated laundry facility.
This unit typically allows one small dog (30 lbs max) for monthly stays, subject to owner approval. Please inquire through our Guest Services office to confirm eligibility.
Guests check in via our convenient “Direct to Condo” process. A pre-registration form is required before arrival to receive your personalized entry code. Housekeeping services are not included but may be arranged in advance for a fee by contacting our Guest Services office at least two weeks before arrival.
