This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
Escape reality at San Carlos 1007 This stunningly decorated gulf front 3-bedroom condo has been furnished and renovated with relaxation in mind. The living room is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy the views of the sugar white sands of Gulf Shores. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare the perfect southern meal. There is seating for 3 people at the breakfast bar and seating for 6 at the dining table. The primary bedroom has a king size bed that will allow you to drift away with sweet dreams and access to the private gulf front balcony where you could open the doors and let in the salty breeze. The primary bathroom which has been recently remodeled has a jetted tub and a walk-in shower with his and hers sinks. The first guest bedroom also has a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The second guestroom has a queen bed. There is a full-size bathroom with hallway access with a tub/shower combo. No details have been overlooked in this 10th floor gulf front condo.
Everything about the 142-unit San Carlos complex has been designed to offer you the best vacation experience possible including the desirable zero entry pool. This 1407 sq. ft. condo boasts a deck large enough for outdoor dining or enjoying the sunset.
The San Carlos HOA has notified us that they will begin making repairs to balcony ceilings and north walkways between the dates of March 24 through early May. Periods of increased noise levels can be expected during the day. All work can be completed without entering the individual unit balconies; however, swing stages will be in use on the property. No closures to the premises are expected at this time.
Parking is limited to San Carlos guest only and a 2-car limit is strictly enforced. No boats RV's or trailers are permitted No pets are permitted. This is a non-smoking condo. Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
Parking passes and wrist bands must be purchased on site. The office is located on the 3rd Floor.
Free Public WiFi in all condos public areas and even as far as the beach!
During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.

Great location to everything!
We had a great time at San Carlos! The condo was perfect and clean. The elevators are fast and plenty of parking. The kids could walk to so many things, including the Hangout.

Beautiful condo and well kept grounds. My complaint is not with the condo it is with Young's and how they managed the reservation and out stay. When we reserved the condo there was NO mention of scheduled construction and pool closure. According to the individual who works at the condo checking you in Young's knew about it and the impact it would have. I understand the need for maintenance and repairs to keep the property safe and looking good. However these repairs involved loud and constant noise starting at 0900 and going to 1700 everyday. We could not converse inside the condo during these hours without raising our voice, not a pleasurable experience. This had a major impact on our trip since we normally like to enjoy lunch together on the balcony or inside in order to get out of the sun for awhile. The pool closure was also a major issue in that the winds during our stay were very strong making time on the beach uncomfortable at times, having a pool chair to escape to for a little bite would have been nice. Bottom line Young's was very deceptive in disclosing the construction that was scheduled and the type of work and noise level that would be present during our stay. I requested a partial refund but again Young's chose to ignore it and instead did a small token refund for the pool closure going beyond the scheduled date, nothing addressing the constant and loud noise of hammer drills, grinders and impact tools. Will not. rent a Young's managed property again

We did our best to inform all guests weeks ahead of time of the work that was being done by the HOA in advance, and sorry to hear that it was more than your group expected. Hopefully the compensation provided was adequate, and we apologize again for the trouble you had during part of the stay. We appreciate you choosing Young’s Suncoast as your travel partner and sorry that you didn't have the same experience as most of our guests in this beautiful property.

Property was nice and well decorated. The comforters and pillowcases were dirty/stained. Housekeeping should wash and change the exterior linen after each visit.
