“Caught Up At Bemm” Holiday Accommodation perfect for fishing clubs and families

Want a fishing trip with a group of mates or a relaxing family get away? Then this is your house! With a total of three bedrooms, 9 beds and a sleeping capacity of 12, this is the perfect all-rounder.

Upstairs consists of two bedrooms (double bed, single bunks and a tri-bunk). Full kitchen with microwave, air fryer, Nespresso pod coffee machine and all the equipment required to feed a hungry crowd. Main bathroom, lounge and dining rooms with split system air-conditioning for year round comfort and views of Sydenham Inlet.

For booking of over five guests, the downstairs bedroom can be utilised which sleeps an additional five with a tri-bunk and single bunk (no internal access to upstairs) and all bedding is provided for you to make your beds upon arrival. Bath mats, hand towels and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach towels.

The second bathroom and laundry are also located downstairs as well as the outdoor entertainment area.

This property has plenty of room for boat parking and a fantastic undercover area with a large BBQ and Webber (BYO coals) and a table to seat 14.

An outside fire-pit is available for use and the convenience of a fridge/freezer under the carport for your bait and beer. With these facilities there is endless possibilities for entertainment.

Base rate per night is for the first four guests and each additional guest is $40 per head (plus booking fees).

Caught Up At Bemm is an easy walk to the Bemm River Hotel, Bait & Tackle, boat ramp, fishing platforms and play ground. Boat hire is also available in Bemm River. Limited essential supplies are available in town so please arrive prepared.

Come and visit all that Bemm River has to offer. Spend yours days fishing by boat or from the waters edge, bird-watching, bike riding, leisurely strolling around Bemm River to hear the beautiful sounds of the birdlife and the water. Take a short drive to explore the mesmerising beaches, local bush tracks and surrounding towns all in close proximity and make Caught Up At Bemm your new favourite place to stay.

Had an awesome time at caught up on Bemm, from the amazing scenery and fishing to the quirky nostalgic trinkets in and around the house and relaxing at the end of the day around the fire pit. Loved it we will definitely be back.

Amazing stay!

Another boys annual fishing trip done & dusted. As per usual the accommodation was amazing & would definitely highly recommend. The booking process was simple. Dealing with both Mary & Lisa was a pleasure as always. Thanks so much for allowing us to stay & we'll definitely see you again next year.

Nice Fishin shack

We booked last minute and they were very accommodating. The place is definitely a bit dated, but was homey and a bit quirky in a good way (where else can you see a collection of old timey radios!). We enjoyed our stay. The beach close by was amazing! Water was too cold for swimming but we had it all to ourselves for miles and miles (or kilometers and kilometers I suppose).

Yearly Bemm River Trip

We had a great stay at Caught Up At Bemm. We had two adults and 4 kids ranging from 16 - 12 and there was plenty of room. The fire pit area out back is great for relaxing. House is in good condition and plenty of room for cars and boats. Is in a great location close to two jetties and also the surf beaches. Communication before and after the trip with the owner was first class. We'll definitely stay again.

Felt like home

Very practical which is a huge compliment!! So nice to stay in a home that is appointed with the basics that other places ignore (hooks in the bathroom! Yay!). Great location. Fabulous tv & lounge. Host very helpful!

Stay was great . Found that stair case to be dangerous with wet conditions. Lack of facilities like dish washing detergent and blown light globes ect . Just silly stuff. Overall stay was great and comfortable.

Thanks for letting us know that the two bedside lights had blown globes. Fortunately it wasn't the main light. These are now replaced. We will make sure future guests understand to contact the local manager of the house in case they run out of dishwashing liquid. Her details are in the confirmation booking email that we send out to everyone. We will look at ways to stop the slip on the stairs, hopefully some anti-slip tape will do the trick. I am very happy to hear that you still had a great stay.

Annual fishing trip

Property was in great location and had everything we needed to enjoy our annual fishing trip. Lots of space outside to enjoy the beautiful weather we got and plenty of parking for cars and boat trailers. Very happy with our stay and looking forward to getting back there again soon
