This is a beautiful house and we enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. The view was wonderful and the deck was perfect to sit and relax in the evening. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything you would need. The host made us feel welcome and were available for any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

We chose this property to use as our home base for a few days of exploration in the area. We had two couples and our miniature Dachshund and all were extremely comfortable. The views from the deck were spectacular, the kitchen was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals and relax. The hot tub was clean and ready to use, but the weather was just too hot and we didn't get to enjoy that amenity but will keep this place in mind should we find ourselves back in the area. Thank you for helping us have a wonderful vacation!

Absolutely stunning view and VERY clean! Only thing there was a slight issue with, was the downstairs bedroom is very bright at night due to the outdoor street light. Maybe some thicker curtains would be nice! Totally worth the price and stay!!! Again, VERY CLEAN!

Everything was exceptional! From communication from host to appearance of home to amenities. We will definitely be back! My husband said it felt like ‘ours’ which is a huge compliment. The bed was comfortable, the deck and hot tub so relaxing! Lake view was AMAZING!! Quiet and secluded. The ONLY negative is more so for us than the host/home …. We fell in love with Ninja coffee maker and now have to buy one for ourselves. Thank you so much for a much needed vacation with no drama or issues, nothing but relaxation!

Another Great Stay!

We loved Blue Moon Cottage so much that we decided to come back only a few months after our Feb visit! Another great stay! Even with a couple days of light rain, the views of the lake and the coziness of the home provide a wonderful retreat.

Beautiful property with amazing views. This house has everything you need for a small family (two girls). A nicely stocked kitchen, and washer & dryer, everything is new and clean! We really enjoyed walking down to the water and fishing along the clean rocky shore, where we easily caught (and released) multiple fish with minimal time (always a plus with kids). We enjoyed making s’mores at the fire pit, and savoring our morning coffee on the deck while taking in the beautiful lake view. Don’t hesitate to book now!

Amazing view of the lake! A sweet jewel nestled in the mountains of the Ozarks. The house was super clean and the check in and check out process was straightforward. My husband and I loved the location. It was within 45 minutes of everything we wanted to do. It’s got a cool little trail down to the lake. There are resident bunnies always in the yard and you might even spot deer if you are lucky. We did!

Blue Moon Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Blue Moon Cottage. Everything was exactly as pictured. Very clean and was well equipped. The view was spectacular! Also, enjoyed the hot tub which also was very clean. The only thing we were disappointed with was that we couldn't just walk down to the lake. We did try and made it down but trail was very overgrown. It was an adventure for sure! Overall a great place to stay. May be back next year, as we come every year to bring our daughter to camp. Thanks for hosting us!
