Villa Marris is located in Lurin. The advantage is to be on the hillside with a stunning view, but at the same time close to the main cities, Gustavia on one side and St Jean on the other. The Villa is on a secured and private property and offers all the necessary to spend great family time.

The main area is open to the dining space, a furnished kitchen, and a living area with a comfortable sofa facing the view. On the outside, there is a sitting area, a dining space with a barbecue, a heated swimming pool, an outdoor shower and a lounge sitting area under a pergola to appreciate better the breeze and the panorama.

The villa offers two bedrooms on the ground floor. One of them is a suite facing the view, with a dressing room and a private bathroom. The other one can be twin beds (two separate beds) if coming with children, opened on the garden and has the bathroom next door. The third bedroom is a suite located on the lower floor which offers more privacy and a terrace leading to the artificial sand beach.
