I enjoy it not to expensive it’s only a few minutes from everything you need from getting fishing baits , food and other things like that!!

My entire experience was amazing! The cabin had everything I need for my stay! The place was clean, the beds were comfortable, the air worked great, they had a boat ramp on the property and the location was great! Couldn’t beat the price either! I plan to stay again in the near future!

The property was everything that was advertised I didn’t stay there the entire time I was having problems with my neck and left early. Nice neighborhood.

Little fishing trip

This place is perfect. Nice location all that you need. The beds was comfortably very clean, will stay here again we met the local neighbors really nice people. The only thing and not a game changer by no means was the gravel road to get to the place not a bad road just some dust. Love the cabin.

There really needs to be at least one handrail on steps my friend fell off & we are in our 60s It would have been nice to know that we needed to bring our own coffee , soap etc. It was a lovely cabin thank you

Cody cabin, near lake

I would have given more stars but the cabin was dirty when we arrived at 5pm and there were missing pillow cases and linens from the beds. The cabin was cozy for a family of 4 and the dock access to the lake was not that far. 30 min drive to the dam river for swimming. We also saw a family of eagles, which was a beautiful sight to see

Catfish Cabin

Lovely little cabin, perfect for our needs. Comfortable, clean and cute. We really enjoyed the floating dock.Only downside was the water was too low to use the boat launch (it’s been a long drought out of the owners control), we used a nearby launch.Handrail on the stairs would be a nice addition.Nice little cabin, would book again!

Catfish Cabin - Toledo Bend

Short trip - just me and my dogs. The cabin was clean, well-appointed, and in the perfect location to explore. Both North and South Toledo Bend State Parks were within an easy driving distance - I also greatly enjoyed visiting the dam that created the reservoir. I don’t have a boat, but there’s a launch on property for those who do. There is also an amazing pier and huge, covered floating deck - the perfect place to catch the sunset or swing away the afternoon.

Comfortable and quiet.

Enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Perfect for a quick getaway. The floating dock was a plus for fishing, picnics, and relaxing in the evening watching the sunsets. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We will return in the future.
