Enter into the right wing to a bright den with vaulted ceiling, comfortable seating, table and a flat screen tv. The laundry area is adjacent with an adjoining full bath (tub/shower.) The den flows into the fully-equipped kitchen, granite countertops with plenty of space for cooking and seating for two. There is also a second door leading to the expansive deck and screened patio.
To the left of the kitchen is the main level bedroom with a king and twin bed. The front of the right wing features a large living/dining room.
There are two bedrooms on the second floor of the right wing. The first bedroom has a queen bed and down a short hall to the bunkroom with two twin bunks.

A hallway leads to the left wing and front porch with rocking chairs to relax in. As you enter the left wing, you will find open-concept living, dining and kitchen with sliders leading to the screened patio, deck and beautifully manicured backyard.
The nicely-equipped kitchen has stainless appliances and an island with seating for two and a table with four chairs. The kitchen opens to a family room with sectional sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV.
The bedrooms are situated on the second floor. Bedroom one features a queen-sized bed; bedroom two, a double bed and twin. Bedroom three has a queen bed.
Additionally, there is a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and shower also located on the second floor.

Enjoy the spacious backyard shaded by tall trees and six Adirondack chairs. The deck has two dining tables (seating for 12) and a gas grill. The screened-in porch with comfortable seating is a wonderful space for your morning coffee, a bestseller, or a glass of wine in the evening.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.
