Clean house. Outside area needs some work. Be aware if you have dogs. There are lots of spikey plants and burrs in the yard that will get stuck in their feet. Great walk to the beach and super convenient to Duck’s shop.

Wonderful stay! The house is in a fantastic location—just a short walk to town and an easy stroll to the private beach. Our two dogs loved doing zoomies on the sand and watching the deer and squirrels from the deck. We had a small hiccup with the Wi‑Fi, but the property management team was responsive, helpful, and very friendly. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the whole home was clean, comfortable, and inviting.

Easter trip

The house was great! It had plenty of space for our family (4), wonderful living space on the top floor with a view of the town and sound. Excellent location for easy walks to shops and restaurants. We'll be back!

OBX Get Away

Large home with great decks, lots of fun indoor games and activities provided for kids, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and within walking distance of the beach and sound side boardwalk. Perfect for our multi-generational family of 6.

Great location

The house was close to everything. Kitchen was well stocked. House was decorated very nice. Wish there were better window coverings in the bathroom and bedrooms and no beach chairs or anything. Overall, we would stay again!!

Great time in Duck

My family (6 adults and 1 dog) had a great time at Moby Duck. Location is EVERYTHING with this property. Nice walk to the beach, but the best was the incredible location to the bayside and the nature boardwalk. The house itself was pretty accurate to the listing. I would say the bathrooms need some love, but living spaces were great. The beds are super comfy which can be a struggle with rental places. Some of the outside space needed work. The screened in porch was pretty tattered, a bunch of the screens were damaged or missing. Overall this place was awesome and I would highly recommend. There are no beach chairs or umbrellas provided, we rented for the week.

Excellent location in the heart of Duck.

We loved the location of the property. It’s in the heart of Duck and a short walk to the shops and restaurants. The view from the decks are lovely looking at the sound. The higher deck has a small view of the ocean. The beach is a little bit of a walk. Evidently there is a beach pass to allow you to park at the end of the street. It would have nice if it was left for us at the house. The home is a bit dated , but clean. Most other homes we’ve rented in the past provided beach chairs and etc. We couldn’t find any. Also , no hair dryer. FYI. Bring one from home. Thanks for a fun stay.
