Great property for a mellow weekend with friends. Super functional kitchen, lots of space, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. The scenery and forest around the cabin is great for strolling around and the hot tub has great views. Would definitely stay here again!

A beautiful house in a beautiful setting. Tricky to find. House could’ve been cleaner especially floors but it’s also in the middle of the forest. Bedding and kitchen nice and clean. Beds are pretty comfortable. The dogs had a blast- nice to be able to just walk out the door and go on a hike.

Beautiful location, excellent hot tub, the house was lovely and with well stocked with towels and all the kitchen tools we needed for big meals after busy days on the mountain. We had an excellent response from the property management when we needed to request additional propane for the BBQ grill. We would definitely book this house again.

Amazing

Can't say enough about the location and overall awesomeness of this property! Sleeping and hearing the river run past, the hot tub off the porch, all incredible and I definitely recommend highly!!!!

Great place and location

Peaceful and quiet. Beautiful location next to a river. Easy to drive to the popular hikes near the gorge and mt hood. Fell in love with Oregon Very nice property and well equipped

Things were very dirty. Especially the floor. Kitchen is nice but not very impressed with cleanliness for how much this was a night.

Very clean and nice inside. Met housekeeper when we arrived, couldn't have been nicer or more thorough. Location is good for exploring the area, and fun to be right on the Salmon River for swimming, etc., although you have to drive to get to any of the trailheads. The hot tub was in desperate need of a drain and refill, water smelled like B.O., even with the little treatment cups they provided. Our suits smelled like feet after getting out. The kitchen was nice, but the oven didn't work at all. We had to cut our frozen pizza in to smaller pieces and use the toaster oven, which took a long time to get it all cooked.

I apologize the hot tub water smelled and that your swimsuits picked up an odor — that’s unacceptable. We’ve shared this with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so the tub will be drained, fully sanitized, and our procedures reviewed. I’m also sorry the oven didn’t work; maintenance has been notified to repair or replace it and do a thorough check of the other appliances while there, too. The property setting was relaxing/The inside windows and other areas of the house needed a deep cleaning; spider webs / dusty and dead bugs also in the kitchen glassware that is displayed on the shelves ,Big Concern there was only one smoke detector upstairs batteries were dead,STATE LAW ONE REQUIRED ON EACH FLOOR,THE ONLY WAY OUT IS THE FRONT DOORWHICH IS DOWNSTAIRS THERE IS A SLIDER THAT IS BROKEN ALSO DOWN STAIRS- sleeping is upstairs,The property listed fans which we never found and air cond was minimal downstairsWe happened to be there on the hottest day of the summerDid not meet our expectationsKERI BAIRD

Comfort and Relaxation

We especially enjoyed the beautiful setting, deep in the forest. Loved hearing the river so close by. Very nice and well appointed kitchen. The hot tub was a nice bonus. We were 4 adults but there is plenty of room for a family with children. Comfy beds. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for our weekend get-away.

Lovely cabin on the river

Really nice cabin right on the river. Has everything you need. Beds are comfortable. We had a little hiccup with the heat, but they came out and helped us right away.The hot tub cover us broken and could probably use a cleaning.Overall, a very relaxing weekend stay.

Beautiful and relaxing spot on the salmon river in Welches

Lovely house right on the salmon river and tucked in the forest at the end of a peaceful dead end street. Feels like living in perfect comfort under the canopy of forest trees. The sound of the salmon river is bliss. Sitting on the porch or soaking in the hot tub was so relaxing after a lovely hike on the Bonanza trail that is easily reachable right through your backyard. Will be beach for sure!

Cozy getaway cabin

We were lucky to find this gem of a cabin for a last minute ski trip. The house is cozy and has everything we needed to spend a weekend. Each night we fell asleep to the white noise created by the sound of rushing river nearby. Kids enjoyed watching tv and reading books sitting in giant bean chairs. My husband and I loved drinking coffee from owl mugs sitting at the beautiful kitchen island. We are excited to have found a house we would love to come back to.

House was nice but VERY sparse bath linens (only 2 washcloths!), very few dish cloths, 1 crappy roll of paper towels, very limited kitchen utensils, no extra blankets. Overall for the price, I’d expect a better stocked house. God forbid someone spills a glass of water?! Cobwebs hanging from the ceiling & cleaning could be better.

It was okay

The place was nice, clean with a nice kitchen. The back deck wasn’t available for use as it had a thick VERY SLICK so much so that I slipped and hurt my back. The front “path” to the water was over grown and has no lights so chilling by the water isn’t an option. Overall it was just okay.

Beautiful Location!

Nice, clean cabin at the end of a quiet street. Bedrooms & bathrooms were updated & a nice size. There is a washer & dryer but bring your detergent & dryer sheets as none were provided. If you go in the summer, there is no AC or fans but lots of windows to get cross breeze. The biggest con for us was the Ring motion light over the fire pit. It was annoying bright & sensitive to any movement. Unfortunately it made sitting my the fire a really uncomfortable experience.

perfect house and setting but horrible experience

hot tub did not work and we got zero response on it getting fixed. there were mouse droppings in the laundry room and kitchen that where reappearing daily. we had a light stuck on and got no answers or response on a solution so the living room couch could not be slept on. we had a bear get into the trash nightly because the trash can wasn't bear proof. we are ok with bears and currently live around them daily but without the proper can the trash had to be kept inside. the house itself and its setting was amazing, just needed better management on some basic issues.

Gorgeous property

We had such a nice relaxing time! The house was clean and had really nice upgrades. The property was amazing! E enjoyed the deck down by the river and the cute waking trail around the property! Definitely will stay here again!

Beautiful cabin by the river

We had a wonderful time! So cozy and beautiful. We should have rented it for an extra day. Really wanted to just sit at the covered bench over looking the river for a while. Over all the our stay was awesome! Figuring out the directions on they way were a little confusing but with one person driving and the other navigating we made it! Also wished the hot tub could be a bit warmer. Other than those two things, this place is wonderful!
