Great Location Near Branson Landing

We were in Branson for a dance competition being held at the Convention Center, so the location of this property was excellent — less than 10 minutes and we didn’t have to navigate through the busy traffic! Highly recommend if you are looking to stay near the Branson Landing area. The complex is gated and very clean. We had no trouble getting access to our unit and our contact person communicated directions clearly and in a timely manner. The unit is exactly as shown in the pictures — nothing fancy, but has everything you need. My only “complaints” are quite small. First, this is a lower level unit and we could hear every step taken by the people staying above us. Obviously, this is not the fault of the owners, but it is worth noting that the complex is not built in a way that suppresses sound. Second, the shower in the master bedroom didn’t seem to be as clean as the rest of the unit. Clean enough, but felt a little more like I was stepping into a campground shower than a private property. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

Not white glove clean but close!

This is located in a very convenient location, close to Branson Landing and downtown Branson (See my list below!) As for the condo, at first glance it smelled great, and seemed clean. Once I got into the bathrooms there was a large amount of hair in the drain in the master bath, hair was also found on the sides of the bathtub in bathroom 2 along with a sticky yellow substance on the tub floor. I cleaned both showers before anyone used them. My son wanted to use the pull out mattress in the living room but it was dirty with crumbs and other debris. Cant imagine the last time it was cleaned and would be curious to know the last time it was used. The kitchen was well furnished with utensils, and electic skillet, coffee maker, etc. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfortable if you like a softer bed. Both beds in bedroom 2 were firm and extra firm. We loved being on the ground level but you could definitely hear the neighbors upstairs. It wasn't terrible for us, but if you bring a dog I can see where it could trigger them. We definitely want to stay here again, but I hope that cleaning does a better job next time. Must try places while you're there! -Hurt's Donuts (Open 24/7)-Farmhouse Restaurant on Main, Downtown-Make the drive to the Springfield, MO Bass Pro to visit the aquarium! Made our trip!-Branson Coaster (try it during the day and then go again at night!) -Joe's Crab shack was 5 stars for us!

We had a great time the recliners were great! We were well taken care of. We received a text message after we arrived…and got quick responses to any we sent…we would go back!

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable and pretty quiet. Pet friendly and no stairs! As other reviews stated, heavy walker upstairs but ran our fan at night and not a problem. Loved the patio overlooking golf course and the recliners. Will be staying here again.

We had a group of women from our church visit to see Queen Esther at Sight and Sound. We had a wonderful time in this VRBO and especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Enjoyed our stay

This property was very clean with a nice layout and adequately stocked. The layout was nice for my spouse and I, and our 2 daughters. The master bathroom is large with two counters and mirrors, my girls and I all used it to get ready in the mornings and didn't feel crowded. Ground floor was perfect for taking our dog out directly to grass. View of the golf course was beautiful! Deer and ducks came up close every night. The owner was very quick to respond anytime we had a question. My only slight complaint is that the pools are not close to this particular condo. One is a short walk away and the first day we tried to go it was very cold, too cold to get in, I told my youngest we'd go back the next day, but the forecast was calling for rain and we found out the indoor pool is off limits to renters, which turned out to be ok, it wasn't raining so we tried the closest outdoor pool again and though still cold, it was bearable the second time we went. The pools depth is not marked and the drop off to the deep end is sudden. This resort feels away from the hustle and bustle and traffic, but is just a short drive (I'd guess a mile and a half) to downtown Branson and The Landing.

Great location!

This property is great! The location is perfect-just minutes from the landing without the traffic. The only reason I’m giving an overall of 4 is because the double queen bedroom does not have a furnace vent so it got pretty chilly in that room. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again!

Overall, this condo fit our family of 6 very well. Spacious for everyone. I was surprised to find so many dishes dirty, I wish previous people would clean better. I would also recommend leaving some cupboards empty to place food in. Otherwise a great experience.

We stayed for 2 nights, this is a gated community and it's very nice. I would definitely recommend and stay again. The only suggestion I have is to give people a better location description of unit. It's an downstairs end unit on the far right.

Great place for a girl’s weekend!

When we arrived at the property, it was clean; the cleaning crew had left some cleaning supplies out. The manager was very communicative before our stay to assure that we had all the codes to get on and into the property. It was quiet and comfortable. Could have used another roll of TP and paper towels, but we made it work! Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable condo close to all Branson has to offer

We really loved this condo. King size bed was very and so was the living room furniture (electric recliners were wonderful). Everything we could have needed was included and we were close to everything we wanted to see and do in Branson. If we come back to Branson, we would like to stay in the same unit!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location. A short drive to the old down town area. It took us less than 20 minutes to reach all the shows we book in town. Having the bottom condo was a must because of my disability. My only complaint is the beds in the condo are out dated and were extremely uncomfortable. I slept in the master bedroom the best I could and my wife slept in the other bedroom on a bed she could tolerate. I will say I communicated with the condo owners on the day we left and I was advised they were unaware of the bedding problem and would work to correct it. Other than that I would have left a 5 star review.

Great experience

This condo was a beautiful property and very comfortable. In comparison with other places I’ve stayed, it was very well stocked and furnished nicely. We chose this property mainly because it was dog friendly and we appreciate being able to bring our 4 legged family with us on vacation. No real issues. As expected in this type of setting, you can hear footsteps from above. I also found a pair of underwear in the closet 🤣. But overall a truly enjoyable experience and would definitely stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Branson and the condo! The condo was very clean and fully stocked with what we needed…. The only complaints we have of the condo was that the beds were not very comfortable and whoever was staying above us were noisy walkers. Everything else was great and the location was perfect! We would stay here again!

BRANSON GETAWAY

We loved staying here. It was very accurate thru the pictures. Very comfie. Felt like a home away from home. Away from the main strip but still close to everything we needed. Plan to stay there again when we return to Branson.
