This is a lovely basement apartment situated on the ground level of a detached home.

This is a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment that has been recently updated. The main bedroom boasts a new rustic bedroom set with a top-of-the-line queen bed and a matching mattress.
The second bedroom features a brand new bunk bed that can comfortably take weights up to 160 lbs.
Relax in the cozy atmosphere of the living room, which has been freshly painted by professionals and adorned with a brand new furniture set.

The location of this spot is unbeatable - it offers the perfect combination of convenience and nature. If you enjoy walking or running, you'll love being in the heart of Paradise town, surrounded by stunning trails.

Additionally, you'll be less than a 2-minute drive away from a variety of amenities such as coffee shops, Mexican and Chinese restaurants, a beauty salon, an elementary school, and a playground. It's hard to find a better location than this gem!

This fully equipped kitchen is perfect for coffee lovers and breakfast enthusiasts, featuring a brand new electronic coffee brew pot, toaster, and all necessary kitchenware.

Nature:
Located just 8 houses to the West, the unit provides easy access to the beautiful Neil's Pond trail, a 1.9km path perfect for activities such as walking, running, road biking, bird watching, and even duck feeding. With its kid-friendly and wheelchair-accessible features, the trail also connects to other recreational facilities in the area, such as the Octagon Pond and the Town of Paradise splash pad and bandstand.

Connectivity:
If you're in a rush and need to get to your appointments quickly, this location is the perfect starting point for connecting to major roadways. It's less than a 2-minute ride to join Topsail Road, and within 5 minutes you can connect to the Outer Ring Road, Kenmount Road, and more.

Food and drinks abound:
No visit to Paradise is complete without trying some delicious Mexican Tacos! Luckily, there's a new Mexican restaurant in town that you won't want to miss. Cojones, located just a 10-minute walk from the house, offers mouth-watering Tacos and Tequilas without breaking the bank on taxi fare.

If you love happy hour, Cojones offers a great deal of 4 Tacos for $5, Tequila for $5, and Corona for $5 from 4-6pm Monday to Friday, starting April 5, 2022. And if you're in the mood for pizza, Dominos Pizza is just next door. This is Paradise after all, and you'll find plenty of delicious options right at your doorstep!

This location is a food lover's paradise with a variety of options to choose from. Within a 5 to 10-minute drive, there are plenty of restaurants to explore, including Starbucks, Pur and Simple, Burger King, and a pet food store, all conveniently located at the Paradise Plaza.
