Nice simple place for a short stay

Three place is as advertised. It is clean and modern abs reverting is as advertised, but very small. I was using it to crash for a two day stopover and it was perfect. I got in early in the morning and the host was willing to hold on to my bags prior to checking in and was very communicative. I would say if you have more than yourself and a partner, it's probably too small, but otherwise I highly recommend this place.

Not the best stay

I’m normally writing good reviews but not this time. The property owner would not reply to numerous messages via the Vrbo messaging system over a number of months until we complained to Vrbo close to our arrival date. We eventually received the property’s Caretaker’s contact number and he was very helpful. The property is as described but cozy means very small. We arrived after 8pm at the property and, straight after check-in, we went out for a meal. We hadn’t checked the bed itself. We got back about 10.30 we found hairs in the bed (reported to caretaker) and then found the air-conditioning had dripped water on the mattress and onto one of the pillows. The air-conditioning was fixed after a bit after midnight and all the bed linen etc was replaced. Reluctantly we decided to stay due to the late hour. However we were concerned that it could happen again during the rest of the night. It didn’t. But we did not sleep well that night or the next night which was our last. We were unlucky I guess but we would not stay again.
