The property is within a 5-minute walk from a bus stop located on Nicklin Way that operates trips to SCUH station, Caloundra station and Maroochydore station.

There is plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout the Sunshine Coast. Though we recommend booking in advance due to low availability.

- For your comfort, this property is prepared with professional-grade hotel-style linen, including a three-sheet setup, ensuring a fresh and hygienic sleep experience.

- This is a 2 storey house with no internal access to the upper level. (2 separate units) Downstairs there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Upstairs there is 2 bedrooms+ 2 bathrooms + kitchen.

- The garage allows space for only two vehicles.

- Early check-in: Our standard check-in is at 3 pm. To guarantee early access to the property we suggest booking the night before if available. Otherwise, early check-in is subject to availability from the night before at an additional cost.

- Late check-out: Our standard check-out is at 10 am. To guarantee a later check-out of the property we suggest booking an additional night if available. Otherwise, a late check-out is subject to availability from the night before to an additional cost.

- Baggage: For security reasons, we are unable to receive or to keep unattended baggage before check-in or after check-out
