Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful and accommodated our party of 8 well. The large dining room table allowed us to share a nice Thanksgiving dinner. Our host was able to assist us quickly.

Perfect space for spending time with family

Felt right at home and plenty of space for our group of 5. We were also able to host dinner for family who live in Flagstaff! Highly recommend!

Mt. Elden retreat

Excellent location- very close to restaurants, grocery and shopping. It was centrally located and made our trips to Sedona, Williams and Grand Canyon about the same distance from Flagstaff. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this rental.

Great family friendly house

House was exactly as advertised. Hiked Mt Elden right from the property! A baby gate is the only recommendation I would make to keep little ones from the kitchen. Kitchen was well stocked with all the pans/utensils we needed.

Comfy, Clean, and Cozy House

Mount Elden Retreat was a clean and comfortable house for our group of 8, with 4 adults and 4 kids. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the house is set up well with a room on each corner. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. There were also some games that the kids enjoyed playing. We would definitely stay at the house again!

Family Ski Trip

Our stay was overall great. The rooms were spacious, restrooms were split great among the rooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and appliances worked great. Washer and Dryer were great to have as well. Playroom could have used a few more toys or paper for the kids to draw on, but it was great to have a designated space for the kiddos.

great location with homey touches

We spent a wonderful 5 days at the house exploring sights around northern arizona. House comfortably fit our group of 4 adults and 2 teens. House was clean and decorated with homey touches. We did recommend some attention be given to the coffee pot, which had the wrong carafe so didn't drain correctly unless we sat there pressing up on the bottom of the filter basket. We also recommended something be done to enhance the stability of the bunk beds but assume they will have addressed these minor issues. we would definitely stay there again.

Best VRBO stay ever

My whole family was blown away by all of the amenities this home was stocked with which made our stay so much more enjoyable and relaxing. The house was comfortable and the views were spectacular! Only thing which didn’t work properly was the coffee maker - possibly the pot was not correct pot? Anyway, small detail that didn’t matter in the grand scheme of things. They have a Keurig which worked fine. Would give 10 stars if I could!

Home away from home

We were immediately greeted with a warm welcome upon entering the home. They must have had the heater on to take the chill out upon arrival. Although we had no snow during our visit we still weren’t too far from the SnowBowl. We visited down town by using the bus! It was great, the stop is conveniently located down the hill. We wanted to be able to indulge in some adult beverages for the New Year holiday. When we returned home we were thankful for the keyless entry. The stargazing was impeccable at night beside the fire pit in the huge backyard. As a mom I really loved the kitchen fully stocked with appliances and dishes! My husband forgot his shampoo and they conveniently had a travel sized bottle for us to use. We will definitely be back once the snowfalls and then again in the summer to escape the Arizona heat.

NIce House with lots of toys for kids!

The house was clean & had a wonderful playroom/kids room. My kids were super enchanted with the toys & the easel the owners have set up in the bunkbed room. The kitchen was also well equipped. The two things that were missing were a little laundry detergent & they didn't provide shampoo. Many VRBOs provide it, so I stopped bringing it. The house was difficult to find at first. It's tucked away behind a highway which presents a little road noise when sitting outside... Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

We were a group of 5 senior citizens traveling together to see the beautiful sights of Arizona. 1 married couple and 3 singles. The home was perfect for us. We did lock ourselves out, you know seniors and electronic gadgets (aka key pad) but Sara was absolutely amazing and got us back in the house. This took persistence on her part as our cell coverage was sketchy. The house was more than expected. And we especially enjoyed the outdoor space. Sara, thank you so much and we left you the bottle of wine🍷. Any or all of us would stay there again in a minute. Highly recommended!!

We'll be back!

I visited this home with my partner, daughter and son-in law and 2 grandchildren. It was spacious, clean, well stocked and had great amenities. The view outside is beautiful plus the backyard has both dining table and chairs and a firepit with chairs. We found it to be very family friendly, also. This home is in a great location that is central to everything and a short drive to the cute town of Flagstaff. We will be back!
