A little Winter in the Spring

Had a great, there was a bathroom for each bedroom, a great deck with wonderful view down the golf course. The community was pristine and quiet, great for walking! Had some winter like weather but nice in cozy warm on the inside. Would definitely stay there again!

Home is conveniently located next to the clubhouse, playground, pool, etc. Home is fully stocked. Come for peace and quiet!

Amenities are falsey advertised....

None of the free community amenities in the ad are correct. This is false advertisement. You get the cabin only! Prop Mgr is a bad communicator and owner gave bad info about amenities and advised to break community rules. If you are bringing kids of any age, look elsewhere as there is nothing for them to do. If you want to golf look elsewhere as golfing is not available.

We are clear that golf course privileges as well as the pool, spa, rec-room, and workout areas are not included per Torreon rules. We are sorry this information was missed."

Disappointed in Property Condition

Beautiful location - quiet and peaceful and convenient. Good layout of home/villa BUT looks like they are trying to squeeze every penny they can out of it without putting any money into it. Sliding glass patio doors and, especially, the screens, were almost unworkable. A few dollars maintenance and they’d be fine. Blinds were missing slats in living room and master bedroom. Also about 20 years old. Side shelves in fridge did not fit - were not proper model. Furniture was not all that comfortable - felt like it was least they could get by with. Should and could be a premier site but sub-standard considering what we had to pay.

*Hi Terry, this homeowner works hard to provide an ideal stay for all guests, and they would like to clarify the following:- Several significant improvements have been made recently, including updating the roof, deck, and railing, as well as replacing the bed in the master bedroom, repairing the fireplace, and updating the A/C system. - Although we strive to cater to the comfort of all our guests, we understand that furniture preferences can be subjective. - It's noteworthy that we have not encountered similar complaints about the furniture in the past. - The blinds and screen doors were recently damaged by a previous guest. While replacements are already planned they unfortunately were not able to be completed before your stay.We strive to provide every guest with a comfortable, peaceful environment to get away to and relax and are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!

Terrible communication with host/patio very dirt

It is a shame that I have to give this property a 3 star rating. But the total lack of communication with the host and the filthiness of the outside patio leaves me no choice. I never got check in instructions and had to call Evolve who emailed me the instructions and gave me the code to get in the home. The inside of the home was clean but the outside patio was a disaster. The screen door was off the tracks, the bbq was so filthy it could not be used, the patio furniture and the deck was covered in dust, and the arcadia door was so dirty I could barely see through it. I made at least 4 attempts to contact the host, calling her, and messaging her with not one reply. I would never stay there again.
