Living – The expansive kitchen, dining, and adjoining living area offer uninterrupted water views and split cycle air-conditioning.
Retracting full width sliding doors open to create an indoor/outdoor entertainment space. The alfresco dining area is complete with a kitchenette and 5 burner Beefeater BBQ and outdoor table & chairs.

Kitchen – The kitchen is truly a chief’s delight! With 2 large island stone benches, each having its own sink and offering plenty of space to cook up a storm. The large Westinghouse electric range has 8 cooking functions so you can expand your cooking skills with options to bake, broil, roast and more. The gas cooktop has 5 burners that allow for several pots and pans.
The kitchen is complete with a large 2-door cool room/fridge, full-size freezer, a dishwasher, wine fridge and a milkshake station with chocolate and strawberry flavours supplied.

Dining – The dining suite seats 10 and overlooks the captivating, waterfront views.

Entertainment – The media room is complete with electric leather recliners, plush carpet, large flat screen TV, split cycle air-conditioning, and block-out blinds.

Bedroom 2 - 2 double bunk beds, plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, and large walk-in robe. Please note the top bunks only cater to children over the age of 9 and persons under 100kg.

Bedroom 5 - Queen room overlooking the front of the property and has sliding door access out on to the front patio. The room has an ensuite with shower and toilet. Plush carpet, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan and large walk-in robe.
Ensuite 2 - Servicing Queen bedroom 5. The room has a shower, toilet and a single vanity.
