You will be close to everything when you stay here. Perfectly situated in MissionBay and 700 meters walk to MissionBay Beach. 5-minute walk to Eastridge Shopping center. The space offers a full kitchen with a 4-pot stove, dish washer, fridge, washing machine and TV. The lounge catches a considerable amount of sun and has big doors that open on a private patio deck with BBQ and outdoor seating that overlooks our garden. There is a Heat pump offering heating and cooling all year around.
This is our favorite neighborhood on one of the sought after streets in Mission Bay. The white sandy beaches of Mission Bay and Kohimarama are within easy reach so there is little left to desire. If you have any questions or need a guide just let us know and we’ll be happy to help out, we are always available to help. Our goal is to help you feel at home.
The couch in the living is a double sleeper/foldout couch so we can accommodate an extra person. The bunks bed in the small bedroom is designed for children, not teenagers or adults. There are sheets and towels along with shampoo or toiletries you may need. The bathroom has great water pressure with scorching hot water. All pots, pans and any kitchen utensils you could need are here, if you want to cook please go ahead. There are basic scullery items provided such as oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk and fresh water bottles on arrival. If you want to shop, Super market and Eastridge shopping Centre is only a few minutes walk from here. If you prefers to dine out then everything you need is a short walk away in Mission Bay. There are great Cafes along side a huge variety of different restaurants offering global cuisines. Unlimited wireless internet is provided in this space.

We loved our stay here

We loved our stay here, it had plenty of room for the 3 of us, clean and tidy, and is in an excellent location. The communication with the owner was excellent. We will happily stay there again

Family getaway

A lovely stay in a lovely location. The cottage was a little small for our larger family but nonetheless a nice stay. A 10 min walk to Mission Bay Beach, so close to the supermarket and a secure yard for our 1 year old to runaround in!

Great little place in a great spot

Beautiful little cottage with everything you need, clean and comfortable. The fence is fully enclosed so we could let the dog run around the yard without us having to watch her every second which was perfect.

Perfect setting.

Beautiful little cottage walking distance from shops and restaurants. Ideal for getting into the city or just chilling on the foreshore. Loved staying here and will be highly recommending to others if looking for a convenient and lovely stay in Auckland.

Lovely stay in Mission Bay!

We had a great stay at this lovely property. There was an initial hiccup with access as the gate latch was broken but this was quickly sorted by the manager. The second bedroom is tight for space but functional.

Review of Cottage in Mission Bay

This cottage was in a quiet neighborhood. Met a few neighbors on our walk to the beach and grocery store. Both the beach & grocery store are close. Perfection!

This was our last night of a 10 day holiday and this was by far the nicest of the 4 places we stayed at. The cottage is spotless and beautifully decorated. Linens were top quality and the quality toiletries were a lovely touch. Plus it’s in such a nice neighbourhood with so many eateries to pick from. We both wished we owned it! Thank you so much for a wonderful last night.

Perfect location for a getaway

We truly enjoyed staying at this property and it is exactly as you see online. The location is perfect --- a 10 minute walk to the beach and all the shops, restaurants you will need. At the other end of the block, there is a New Market grocery store so you can eat in with the fully stocked kitchen. The pictures are spot on and the house is very comfy and cozy. We liked having secured off-street parking and the house was very quiet day and night. Our hosts were extremely kind and accommodating, even assisting us with an early check-in and accessing Sky Sports to watch our favorite teams. We would absolutely stay here again and have no reservations recommending it to others. Enjoy!

Just right for us

Nice comfy home just a short walk from Mission Bay waterfront. We were relaxing after the long flight from UK. House was good as was New World supermarket which is a short walk in the away-from-the-coast direction (though we drove it :( We swam at Kohimarama beach where there is a little swimming community and some changing facilities. Bus from Mission Bay was really easy along the coast to Britomart downtown then ferry to Devonport was a nice trip. Buy bus ATHOP pass at Bay Convenience shop on Mission Bay. Easy. All good.

BEWARE APARTMENT SIZE

Booked this property for a 6-day stay for our family of 5. First picture listed is that of the beach, yet the house is about half a kilometre away from the shoreline. All picture were strategic and DO NOT convey how tiny this property is. Advertised as a 5 person stay, but would only be suitable for a couple in my opinion. The second bedroom is literally a walkway to the back door from the kitchen that has bunk beds thrown in it. Our 2 teenage boys could not stand in there together at the same time with their suitcases, let alone have them open as well. Contacted the host immediately upon arrival seeking assistance in cancellation as there was no way our family could stay in that tiny apartment for 6 days comfortably. Was told partial refund would only
