Located on the beachfront of Beares Beach, the house is divided into two-self-contained levels enabling large groups to stay in the same location with the convenience of their own private spaces.
The upper level of the house exudes coastal chic with its stylish decor and ample natural light. The open-concept living and dining area is perfect for gatherings, and the fully equipped kitchen beckons you to prepare fresh, local seafood. With windows on both the east and western aspects of the house, enjoy warm sunrises through to pastel sunsets with views of whales and dolphins out the front and kangaroos out the back.

You’ll find all necessities for an enjoyable beach side holiday. The lull of the ocean guarantees all guests a restful sleep with four bedrooms comprised of three queen beds, two single beds (bunks) and a tri bunk in bedroom 5. The common areas in the house have reverse cycle heating and cooling, as well as ceiling fans in the upstairs bedrooms and there is unlimited broadband wifi throughout the whole property and smart TVs in the living areas.
