The house was lovely and well appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the main shower was great. We, and our dog, loved the backyard-as well strolling the charming neighborhood. I would stay at this property again.

This a beautiful historic Craftsman style home close to GFU and lovely downtown Newberg with plenty to do nearby. It is cozy, tastefully decorated and appointed. The kitchen is well stocked and the outside patio and backyard are just lovely. The location and the beautiful surroundings make it a perfect vacation rental. It is important to note that both bathrooms are only accessible by stairs. The full bath which is up several stairs is close to the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs bath only has a small bathtub with a handheld sprayer and no shower curtain. Additionally this bathroom is only accessible through a bedroom so folks staying in adjacent upstairs bedrooms must walk into that bedroom to get the bathroom. Privacy could get tricky. This property is also near a busy street. Traffic noise could be a problem.

A great stay

We stayed here with our family and friends and loved the space, yard, porch. We chose this location because it was a 9 min walk to George Fox doctoral commencement which couldn’t have been better

Nice Newburg stay

The "Chehalem Crest" house was great for our four night stay. The house is old & charming, and has been modernized inside to be very comfortable. It's well equipped and easy walking distance to many local restaurants & stores. We'd stay there again!

Great location

We stayed here for our daughters softball tournament and it couldn’t have been in a better location. 2 minutes to the fields but more importantly there was plenty of food and entertainment within walking distance. Home was equipped with all our needs and we would definitely stay here again.
