PERFECT Location, Unit is at the back only 5 step up (for seniors to get to door) which is a major bonus and the shower is great. Laundry and kitchen 5 and beds so very comfortable but my ONLY negative is NO top sheet which I don't understand it could be an age thing.This will be my 1st go to if available for our next trp to the Gong.

The apartment was really cute and a perfect size for our family of 3. The beds were really comfortable, and our son said the shower was “the best!”. The apartment is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to the coast where we found several good restaurants and shops.Chris was great to work with. He responded very quickly to all of my questions, and was very flexible-allowing for an early check in and late check out. I would definitely recommend this rental.

The apartment was clean and tidy and the air conditioner was left on prior to our arrival, on a hot and sticky day this was very appreciated. also a shout out to the owner of unit 7, very friendly and helpful.

Very welcoming place

My friends and I had a great stay at this stayz location. The property manager was quick to respond and happy to help when needed. We especially appreciated the compendium at the location. It was very informative.

Great unit, well located

Enjoyed our stay, the unit has everything you need for a comfortable stay. No air con but the heaters provided worked well. The unit is across the road from The Builders Club and a short walk to a variety of other restaurants and shopping centre.

Wollongong

Fantastic spot, close to beach, close to shops, close to eating out (all walking distance). Don’t bring a big car, parking is tricky for anything bigger than a hatch. Fantastic apartment, very clean, everything you need!

Thanks for your review Megan. Glad you had a good stay and liked our apartment! The parking spot does require some manoeuvring, like many other parking spots do. But it will fit and size car (including large cars/vans etc), and it’s actually quite long so no troubles there.
