49 Perry is conveniently located one block from the CBD. Park the car and stroll to cafes, shops, restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. The apartment is perfect for couples, families and business travellers.

49 Perry has been styled with warmth and comfort. Enjoy the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning, soft luxurious towels and warm cosy beds fitted with bamboo sheets and electric blankets in the colder months.

Share stories, enjoy a drink and a barbeque in the private outdoor courtyard or relax on the front verandah and watch the world go by.

Get comfortable on the lounge and enjoy the warmth of the gas fireplace. Play an entertaining board games, connect to the free wifi, read a book or watch the telly.

The kitchen is complete with a coffee machine and all the essentials should you wish to dine in. The kitchen is stocked with tea, coffee, sugar and milk in the fridge. You will also find some complimentary treats to enjoy with your cuppa.

The bathroom has all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, a hair dryer and toilet paper.

Should you wish to do some laundry, the cottage is equipped with a washing machine (including liquid capsules), dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking is available at the rear of the cottage and on the street.

Clean, comfy and in a fabulous location. We had a great stay and enjoyed being just around the corner from some fabulous cafes. Beds were amazing, shower was fantastic and the gas fire provided instant heat.

Spotlessly clean, light filled & super comfortable. Had everything we needed (stocked kitchen, washing machine/dryer, outdoor settings, smart TV) within walking distance to just about everything, lovely host who made communication and check in easy. We would definitely stay again!

Relaxing and exploring the beautiful Mudgee region.

The cottage was clean and quiet with off street parking. It had a cosy and relaxed feel with comfortable beds, a great shower and Margaret our host made us feel very welcome. I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage and will book again when I am next in the area.

This home is so comfortable and well appointed. Whilst located in town, it was very quiet. The owner was so quick to respond to messages and she also leaves lovely little extras. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, clean and tidy property!

My partner and my parents stayed at this property for a family wedding. It is close enough to town without it being too noisy, had everything we needed for our two night stay. Love that there were full length mirrors for outfit checks! Will definitely stay here again

Perfect location

Neat as a pin and within walking distance of town made it the perfect location . The kitchen had everything we needed for our stay opening onto a sunny courtyard. The bed was super comfortable and given the closeness to town was surprisingly quiet. The offstreet parking behind the courtyard was a bonus

Great communication with owner. Everything exceeded our expectations. Smart Tv easy to use, washer and dishwasher great to have in apartment for our 3 day stay. Easy walk to centre of town and supermarket. Would definitely stay again
