Gem on Gillean sits on a quiet street just 1 minutes drive, or 10 minutes walk, from the Havelock North town centre. Grab a coffee from one of the fantastic cafes and stroll the boutique shops and village green, before dining for a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants in town.

You’re also within a 10-minute drive of some of the fabulous vineyards and wineries in the region, as well as the Tukituki River and its gorgeous mountain backdrop. For a day at the beach, drive just 15 minutes to Haumoana, and for a trip filled with variety, why not make the 20-minute journey into Napier, New Zealand’s Art Deco capital.
