Welcome to the blissful gateway of Prince Edward County, Carrying Place, ON. Enjoy this beautiful brand-new house designed for your comfort and enjoyment while spending time away from the city with family & friends. This house offers 2 spacious family rooms, a fully equipped kitchen & dining area, and a large backyard. An added bonus is the unique bar & entertainment station located in the basement that can be enjoyed by all ages.

Our property is located just minutes to countless vineyards & golf courses, 14 minutes to Presqu’ile Provincial Park and 45 minutes to Sandbanks Provincial Park.



This brand-new house offers guests 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with family rooms located on both floors. Our large kitchen and dining area provide ample room for the whole family. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the basic necessities, along with servingware, drinkware and cutlery for dining.

Our large backyard is open to use as-is or with the fire pit. Additionally we have a BBQ ready to use on the walk-out patio you need to bring your own propane. Although the basement is unfinished, it is fully equipped with a bar cart, pool table which converts to both a ping-pong or roulette table, dart board, cards and additional board games.

Pleasant Stay!

The house was spacious and clean. We had a small issue with the door access pad, but the host responded quickly and guided us to retrieve the physical keys from the lockbox. The location worked well for visiting nearby attractions and the beach. Fresh linens, towels, and plenty of kitchenware were provided. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

69 Summer Breeze - What a Nightmare

1. The entry keypad was unreliable and non-operational most of the time. It only worked sporadically to gain entry and lock the home upon exit, creating both an inconvenience and a safety concern for myself and my guests.2. The pool table at the property was unusable, as it was not leveled. The balls would constantly sink to one side of the table. In addition, the table was very small, like a kids' size one.This rendered one of the key advertised amenities completely inoperable, blatant false advertisement. 3. The listing advertised a BBQ, yet there was no propane tank available. While refilling a tank can reasonably be the guest's responsibility, having no tank at all is misleading and made the BBQ unusable during our stay.4. The backyard sliding door lock was broken and non-operational upon our arrival. Despite this being a pre-existing issue, the host has attempted to place blame on us for the damage. This accusation is completely unfounded, as the lock was already faulty when we checked in — a situation that further added to our concerns around property security.5. One of the guest bedrooms had a broken bed, as it fell apart on one of the guests and made for an extremely uncomfortable sleep. 6. The basement railing was loose and not screwed in properly. It gave way when one of the  guests went down the stairs, causing him to fall and hurt himself, causing injuries to his back, kidneys, and wrist. When I alerted the owner of this, he accused us of being drunk and blam

Good for Sanbanks

Rented this house for 3 families for a trip to Sandbanks. House was as advertised. Clean, well equipped, spacious, good showers, easy to drive to and from. Highly recommended for groups.

Spacious well Appointed house

This is a great property. Large, clean, bright. Enough bedrooms to accommodate our group. Close to beaches, restaurants, groceries and wineries. My only negative comment is the mattresses in the bedroom were a bit hard and stiff. Perhaps a softer pillow top will help. Would definitely recommend you stay here. Owner was responsive to all My questions.
