**BEAUTIFUL MOUNTAIN VIEWS IN LOWER DEER VALLEY RESORT**



This seven-bedroom home is located at 2960 Upper Telemark Drive, in the

Solamere neighborhood. The home features a private outdoor hot tub, fully

equipped kitchen, spacious living room with stone fireplaces and an attached

garage. Complimentary in-town transportation, provided by Cadillac, offers

access to the resort and Park City's Historic Main Street.



Telemark Home 2960's first bedroom, on the main level, has a queen bed with en

suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink. This

bedroom has balcony access.



The second bedroom, on the main level, has two twin beds. The third bedroom,

on the main level, has two twin beds. The bathroom has a combination shower

and tub and a double sink. The fourth bedroom, on the upper level, has a queen

bed with en suite bathroom. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, tub and a

double sink. The fifth bedroom, on the upper level, has two twin beds. The

sixth bedroom, on the upper level, has two twin beds. The shared bathroom has

a combination shower and tub and a double sink. The seventh bedroom, on the

lower floor, has two twin bunk beds. The bathroom has a combination shower and

tub and a double sink.



This residence also has a full kitchen, fireplace, two patios, grill, private

hot tub, personal two car garage, air conditioning and DVD player.

worst check-in experience

I have already shared this in detail, so I won't leave it here to the same extend. Suffice it to say that the check-in process with Red Awning at this property was the absolute *worst* check-in process I have ever experienced. It is poorly structured and very poorly managed at this property. If not for that one thing, the property itself would have been an easy "5"

Lots of potential, but came up short

This property could be great, quiet street, spacious etc, but we had numerous problems that diminished its potential. 2 of the 3 A/C’s failed to work properly, a shower leaked, the sink and shower in a different bathroom failed to work at all. Only 2 of the many tv’s worked despite xfinity spending hours trying to fix them. The check in directions were minimal at best. I do have to say that Paul and the management team at Deer Valley Resort went above and beyond to try and fix the many problems, but unfortunately weren’t able to make them any better. This property has great potential if the owners will rectify the problems.

Terrible Check-in Process!!

I could not have written a more perfect text book example of poor customer service if I tried!! The property itself is fine, excellent for our purpose of a team offsite, but if I was the property owner I would FIRE Red Awning, or whomever they hired to manage the check-in. I promise, I am not overstating this. We followed the email instructions to a T, went *offsite* to pick up the keys, which were at another location several minutes away! This is customer service fail #1. When we got there at about 5:30, the door was locked to the office and nobody was there to give us the keys! Fail #2. They left a phone number to call if they aren't there (where the email said they would be!), so we called the guy (who sounded very tired and disinterested) said he was unavailable but could meet us later that night!!! Fail #3. So we went to dinner with the team (all 8 of us were there to check in and get settled into the space *before* dinner, so we went to dinner with all our luggage in the vehicles and a little crowded. After dinner we went and met the guy who was still acting very disinterested in our frustration that nobody was there. Sort of like we were just weird and didn't get that he was busy. When we went to get the keys, he said he couldn't give them to us because the wrong person was there to pick them up. We had the confirmation number and the email for the payment, etc., but he only wanted to give the keys to the person who booked it. Fail #4. It took ~30mins to get our keys!!
