Come stay in this cozy, one-bedroom, one-bathroom deluxe condominium, which comfortably accommodates up to four people, located in the heart of Port Aransas, Texas.
Sandcastle Unit #238 is a brilliantly designed condo on the second floor. Up to four guests can enjoy this beautiful condo, which is complete with modernized furniture and pops of color throughout.
From the moment you enter this well-designed space, you will feel like you're on a beach vacay! This spacious living area has two couches and a dining table that sits up to 4! There are also 3 extra chairs at the bar for extra seating!
Step out from the sliding glass store to your own personal balcony, complete with a table and chairs that sit 4 and two additional rocking chairs! The ocean views from your private wrap-around balcony can't be beat!
For the avid cook of the family, the galley-style kitchen is complete with all new stainless steel appliances, beautiful granite counter tops, cookware, dishes, and utensils you will need to prepare meals for the group. There are also newly upgraded, stainless steel appliances. Plenty of counter and bar space is also provided for those quick afternoon lunches.
The refined dining area is situated perfectly in front of the wall-to-wall windows and will seat up to four, so if you are looking for dinner and a view, look no further! Guests will be pleasantly greeted by the sunrise while enjoying their morning coffee or breakfast.
The master bedroom has a large king bed, a large dresser with vanity, and a flat-screen TV.
All closets have been locked at the owner's request. Clothing storage is limited to dresser drawers only. The owner requests that the AC be set at no lower than 76 degrees.
The master bathroom has a custom walk-in tile shower with a built-in seat and a multi-drawer vanity with double sinks.
We would like to inform you about potential noise from general construction that may affect your stay. Although there is no construction occurring within this specific condo, please be aware that a private home is currently being built in front of the Sandcastle property line. There is still a view of the beach but the construction does slightly impact the view from different areas of the condo.
