We were in Cochrane for a short stay and Rosanne went out of her way to accommodate us so that we could nap our toddler before check out. House was a wonderful setup and very clean!

We had a fantastic stay. The home was immaculately clean and well stocked. The location was a great for us with a lovely view. Rosanne answered our questions promptly and checked in with us once we arrived to ensure our stay was going well. She offered for us to use the hot tub and yard however we there for a family wedding and just ran out of time. This property worked great for our family of 5. Had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Beds were comfortable, 2.5 bathrooms so lots of space for everyone to get ready for the wedding, close to the Ranch House, great location .

We were only able to be there for nights and breakfast, and were sorry we weren't able to spend more time in this beautiful location! Excellent property so close to the Ranchehouse

Excellent spot with lots of street parking only a few minutes from the Ranchehouse. Well stocked kitchen with a beautiful view out the back. The beds were uncomfortable but everything else was perfect.

Oh no, sorry to hear that you felt the beds were uncomfortable...The masterbed/ frame and mattress is less than 1 year old and and an Endy, the other 2 doubles are Zinus memory foam gel (10 in) ...again just over 1 year old and new frames. ( All brand new when opening the Air BNB last year in July . I have only slept on the Zinus mattress. I will try and sleep on the Endy.. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, Safe travels, Rosanne

Great place!

This place is beautiful and well thought out. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of different appliances to cook and create good food. The home is tidy and great attention was paid to the paint and decor. The beds were extremely comfortable. We had a wonderful stay! Thanks again!

the place was very clean which my wife was very happy about. The bathroom were big with lots of towels. Really enjoyed this place and would definitely stay again. Parking is at premium if you bring more than one vehicle as lots of other vehicles around but we were able to make it work.

The perfect location for a Ranchehouse wedding

The house was perfect for us as a family of 5 and a grouping point to get ready for the wedding. My son was studying for his Canadian pharmacist exam and loved looking at the mountains as he studied. Roxanne was perfect to communicate with and also makes great homemade jam :)

Golf Getaway

We used Cochrane to access local golf courses. The property was clean and welcoming. Roseanne was exceptionally accommodating and readily ensured our questions were answered. On one of excursions she took our puppy for a walk as she was in the vicinity - very appreciated. Beautiful residential area with an array of parks, trails, and some amenities close by. We would recommend this property and Roseanne as the hostess.

We were four adults and two children. Grandma and Grandpa had the master suite - excellent - nothing missing - everything you would need. Comfortable bed. Full bathroom with amenities. Very quiet. The other two bedrooms were fine - mom and daughter in one room and son and father in other room. Fully stocked kitchen - all appliances and amenities in good shape and working order. Owner lived nearby and easily accessible. Wonderful to deal with - generous and accommodating.

Shelley is a through-and-through Bluenoser (that’s the moniker for folks who come from Nova Scotia, taken from their world-famous schooner, The Bluenose! ). That province historically ran rum to the prohibition-era States, but Shelley prefers a good fermented grape. A connoisseur of the red and the white, ask her for the perfect pairing. Growing up in an Annapolis Valley apple orchard, this country girl woman has a flair for design and puts it to good use in making you feel right at home.
