SUMMARY

Nido de la Loma is a stunning four-bedroom home that has been lovingly and professionally designed to marry contemporary and Southwestern aesthetics. Located just North of Santa Fe’s historic Plaza, and sporting incredible views from the deck, this home is the perfect setting to take in everything that The Land of Enchantment has to offer.



Driving an electric vehicle? Feel free to use the newly installed EV charger!



LIVING AREA

The living room is flooded with natural light and has two large and comfortable couches that face the TV. The couches are flanked by a large Kiva fireplace that provides exceptional ambiance to the space.



A private office is available upstairs which is perfect for remote work.



KITCHEN, AND DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar and a breakfast table. The stovetop is located on the island, which makes this a great kitchen for socializing while cooking. The dining area has large windows and can seat up to eight people.



BED AND BATH

All four bedrooms feature king beds. The primary suite boasts another Kiva fireplace and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Both floors feature an additional bathroom in the common space.



OUTDOOR SPACE

The roof deck is located off the primary bedroom and features stunning views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. The expansive back patio wraps around the back side of the home and contains a covered dining space that seats eight, a gas grill, and two separate sitting areas that are perfect for relaxing in Santa Fe’s world-famous sunshine.

Great property for a family reunion!

A great property for our eight-person family reunion. A number of wonderful gathering spots inside and outside. Very quiet area, with nice landscaping. Only thing that was a bit tricky was no central A/C--there were individual window units in each room, a few of which were loud.

Heaven in Santa Fe!

Beautiful, spacious, clean, secluded, well appointed home. It had everything we needed for 4 friends spending 5 days in Santa Fe. We walked to everything in Santa Fe … even the Railyard. We are hoping to return to the same home with our husbands. The only thing we can say to plan for is there was about 6 inches of fresh snow the day we arrived and we couldn’t get up to the house in our rental car. We live in the snow and know we could have done it with a 4WD.

We agree, this house offers a fantastic location for walking everywhere you'd need to be in town, not to mention all the local hot spots as well. That is a great tip, 4 wheel drive is recommended for this house for anyone renting during the winter months. We would love to be able to host you again in the future!
